you don't have enough products like you…

you don't have enough products like you say (12 million), I paused my store so that I could change to you as a supplier but am going to save up and change to sprocket they are more professional than you, and have more products, and after seeing the reviews I can't deal with you, plus you need better customer service and way more products and that thing of importing products from aliexpress does not work, so people these yakkyofy is going to give you alot of refunds

Hi Ntale, I think that there is a misunderstanding. We don't buy products from Aliexpress and we have a database with 12 million products. The system works like this: you register for free, download our Chrome Extension and use the Chrome Extension to send us the pictures of the items you are looking for. The Chrome Extension recognizes the images and searches in our 12 million product database the same image and gives you back a quotation (automatic quotation). If the Chrome Extension doesn't find the same product, you can ask a manual quotation that will be made by one of our IPOs. We offer every month 30 image recognition quotations for free and 10 manual requests for free. I'm sorry that you had difficulties in using our software and I hope you can give us another opportunities, we can also schedule a call if you want understand better how the system works.
