Der Betslellprozess an sich war ok. Aber mein Gerät hatte nach zwei Wochen einen Displayschaden. Es wurde behauptet, es liege daran, dass das Gerät runter gefallen sein. Das war natürlich nicht der Fall, ich hatte es darüber hinaus immer nur in der mitgelieferten Tasche.
Ist natürlich super, wenn der Support eine nicht widerlegbare Behauptung aufstellt und dann nochmal 50$ für den Ersatz will

The order itself went smoothly and I had no issues with the purchase. However, when I wanted to return one of the items because I received two cases in the same colour, the experience completely changed.

The return process has been unnecessarily complicated, with constant difficulties and no proper assistance from customer service. The customer support is extremely poor, and you are basically left to figure everything out on your own.

Honestly, it feels like the return process is intentionally made so complicated that customers eventually give up and keep the product.

A good company should not only provide a smooth purchasing experience, but also offer proper support when a customer needs to return something.

Very disappointed with Xteink's customer service and return process. I hope they seriously improve the way they handle customers after the purchase.

Recently purchased Xteink X3 reader and I loved it. I received the product in around 20 days in India. But my entire package was opened by someone (probably by Indian customs or someone) but all items were present in the box.
The product is bit overpriced for the features it delivers but the build quality and screen is great. Also there is bit of learning curve in using this product.

Very happy. I ordered the x4 pro and I absolutely love it. The delivery took 10 days from China to Scandinavia which I think is pretty good. I had a good experience with costumer service as well. The device feels way better than expected!

I was so confused when debating if I should buy the x3 reading these horrible reviews on Trustpilot. I tried my luck and bought one although every review said that it was a scam company. I got all the correct confirmation emails and it came within 10 days. I have not tried the device yet, but it seems pretty legit to me.

Forget the 30 day returns policy, absolute nonsense. Tried to return a device well within the 30 days and they send email after email trying to delay it.

I ordered two e-readers from this company and they were shipped and arrived quickly without issue in around 10 days.

Quality of the devices feels good and they function amazingly as tiny portable ereaders. I would recommend this company.

At first, i ordered and then i curiously checked reviews here and most of them were bad, so i got scared and wrote email to cancel it, then wrote another 3 emails, last one i wrote was not to cancel because, i thought to myself ill wait and if nothing happens then ill start contactkng again, it arrived BLISTERINGLY fast, took only like one week maybe less, then they responded to the emails, and apologized for not responding faster, so im giving 5 stars it took really fast to arrive and everything works so far.

I ordered the X4 on 7/7/26. I waited several days for the tracking code because it was never updating. Sent an email, they saw what was going on and provided the tracking code. They supposedly shipped the order, but it eventually got stuck at customs because they failed to pay the necessary fees for shipping to Europe. I’ve sent them several emails, but no answer. They haven’t provided any explanation, nor have they said whether they intend to resend the package or issue a refund. At this point, I’m left without any solution or information regarding my order.

Habe dort eine E-Reader bestellt. Dieser war nach 2 Monaten schon defekt. Ich habe über das Kontaktformular und per Email den Support angeschrieben. Keinerlei Reaktionen!

The policy states that the device can be returned within 30 days or exchanged. I purchased an X3 and received it on July 17th but after trying it found it too small and hard to read so that same day I emailed them wanting to exchange it for an X4. They replied that since the product was used I could not return it (I used it once!) but if I pay an extra $41CAD, they would send me another device of my choice. I happily paid the extra amount and asked them to send me an X4 to replace the X3. I had no problem sending back the X3 but they told me they didn't want me to send it back and offered me the above alternative. I have since sent several emails asking them where my device is - no response. I then asked that they refund me the $41CAD I paid since they had no intention of sending me another reader. I have been emailing them for a month now but my emails are being ignored. I am literally being ghosted! So now I have paid almost 2x the price for an ereader that I can't use. These guys are scammers! They don't honor their refund/exchange policy, ask you for more money and then send you nothing and ghost you. If you are thinking about buying an Xteink device, do it through Amazon. At least Amazon will honour the 30 day refund policy. DO NOT ORDER directly from them! Better still, look for another ereader - I don't know what the hype is about these ereaders, the only advantage is that they are tiny but the disadvantage is they are hard to read because the text is so small. If you have a smart phone you would have a better reading experience using that to read books and save yourself money and hassle with this company. Buyer beware...

Careful Scam!

I purchased the e-reader and never arrived!
I spent weeks trying to contact them and trying to reach support.
They ignored my emails.
I have lost my money.
Do not purchase anything from them, or you will lose your money.

I ordered my first XTEINK device on the 30th of Juli and I received it on the 5th of August. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived this quickly.

The device works as described and it's a real charm to use when I'm out and about.

Twenty-five days after ordering, I haven't received any news regarding my shipment, and I couldn't track the status of my order on the website. I contacted customer service, who gave me two links (the first of which apparently was incorrect). The second link stated that the product had been delivered, but it never arrived. Since then, customer service hasn't responded to my refund requests, and I'm left waiting, almost hopelessly, for a response. Never again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong accessories for my new eReader but Alberich was there to help me out woo!

Ordered an x3, put in the wrong address and noticed before it was despatched. emailed them and they quickly responded and sorted it within 38 hours with a changed address. great customer service, unsure if something has changed but these negative reviews must only be one offs so i had to leave a review myself.

Ordered an X3, received it in 7 days in perfect condition.
Everything went smoothly.
