My experience with XM has been extremely disappointing.

After trading and generating profits on my account, I was informed that my account had been suspended due to an alleged violation of their terms and conditions. My profits were removed, and when I requested a detailed explanation and evidence, I received only a generic response stating that the decision was final and would not be reviewed.

As a trader, I believe transparency is important. If a broker takes such serious action, clients should be provided with clear evidence and a detailed explanation of what rule was violated.

I encourage anyone considering XM to carefully read all terms and conditions and keep detailed records of their trading activity. Based on my experience, I was left frustrated by the lack of transparency and communication regarding the decision.This review reflects my personal experience.

Today I am very disappointed. I am user XM Broker after 2 year but XM company Today All bonus Account is very Restricted i am very Disappointed please Xm Team Again chek and Review and All Bouns Account Again Refresh Account.

These guys are number 1 cheater. They dont have a number to call up and speak. They only have chatbot and email. Earlier they cheated me to the sum of 400$ and nobody is reponding to that complaint now. And last week i faced a new type of fraud where the payment partner paid me the withdrawal amount that i had requested but later reported that transaction to the cyber police which has then placed the amount on hold. When i raised this issue with customer care instead of asking their payment partner why he reported to cyber department they are asking me to get official document from bank why the bank placed the fund on hold. Why bank would place it on hold without any reason. This company comes with various ways to trouble customers and now make them wait for over 2 days to just get a response. Shall we show the power of social media and bring this company down?

Finally i got scammed by xm am i got the reply from their side.
And when i talk with their expertise they have copy paste message every time

XM Global is willfully denying financial remediation for a severe platform-side infrastructure failure. On May 14-15, 2026, during an active global competition where I held the 1st Place Rank on the Leaderboard, the XM mobile architecture suffered 173 documented Angular UI framework crashes (Error: NG0951) and continuous HTTP 402 empty margin metadata errors ("margin_allowed": null). During today's live dispute session, XM Live Support went into complete chaos—bouncing my case across FOUR different agents (including Senior Supervisor Manel, who fled the chat session when confronted with raw forensic .log data). Agent Melanie finally admitted on official live server logs that XM's IT Department is actively auditing this specific tournament framework failure and has escalated the file to the Complaints Department under 'Urgency'.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XM.

On 6 May, I mistakenly sent a USDT deposit through the wrong network. I immediately contacted support, provided the TXID, wallet details, and every piece of information requested.

Since then, I have spent weeks following up through emails and live chat. Unfortunately, all I have received are repeated responses such as:
• The matter is under investigation
• The payment provider is processing it
• Please wait
• The recovery process may take up to 60 days

Despite constant follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful progress updates or a clear timeline regarding my funds.

The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency and the repetitive nature of the responses. Every conversation feels like I am being told the same thing again and again without any actual progress.

I have been involved in trading for more than 8 years and have worked with many brokers. I understand that mistakes can happen and recovery procedures may take time. However, keeping a client waiting for weeks while providing the same generic responses repeatedly is not the level of service I would expect from a broker of XM’s reputation.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution regarding my funds and hope XM will handle this matter professionally and transparently.

Very bad support service thay have i have deposited an amount of 7th may till date not deposited my account and they saying useless reason upload screenshot and pdf file although i hav upload every single document still no response from them please dont use any deposits in this XM app froud app so please keep away from scam

This broker is very unclear and canceled my profits without any clear reason. I deposited $120 and made around $290–$300 in profit from trading. While I was trading, my account was completely normal. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly frozen and my $300 profit was removed.

Do not trade with this broker, they are 100% scammers! When I wasn’t trading, everyone from the company kept sending me emails encouraging me to trade, and in the end, they scammed me.

Ho portato diversi clienti reali al broker. Ognuno di loro ha utilizzato il proprio telefono personale, la propria connessione mobile e ha operato in modo indipendente, seguendo scrupolosamente le istruzioni fornite da XM.
Alcune commissioni CPA sono state inizialmente approvate e pagate correttamente, ma in seguito altri account CPA sono stati improvvisamente e definitivamente rifiutati dal dipartimento di conformità con spiegazioni generiche su "somiglianze IP" e "politiche interne", senza fornire alcuna prova concreta o spiegazione trasparente.
I clienti erano persone reali, che operavano in modo indipendente, non account fittizi. Nonostante ciò, le commissioni sono state negate dopo che tutto il lavoro, i depositi e la configurazione degli account erano già stati completati.

Per questo motivo, trasferirò i miei clienti e la mia community di trading verso altri broker più trasparenti, affidabili e che offrano un supporto maggiore per le attività di affiliate trading e copy trading a lungo termine.
Personalmente, non consiglio XM per attività di IB/CPA serie.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. When I deposited using GCash, the minimum amount was ₱1,700, which was fine. However, when I tried to withdraw, I was told the minimum withdrawal is $30.
I proceeded with a $30 withdrawal request, but I only received $22. The remaining $8 was deducted or not given back to me. After that, I was unable to withdraw the remaining balance.
It feels like the system is designed in a way that forces users to keep trading or leave small balances that they can no longer easily withdraw. This experience was frustrating and unfair for me as a user.
Don’t install this app.

I was deposite bkash payment system 100$only at 17.05.2026 then i withdraw 78$ only bKash payment but didn't got my money. I tell Support team, they want bank statement. I deposite bkash system so i show bKash payment system statement. They said need bank statement how is it possible if i deposite bank system then i can show you bank statement. Only 78$ they didn't paid me.i need understand what they would do if they had 1 thousand dollar.

I am writing this text with a broken heart from Algeria. I was severely misled by trading illusions and ended up losing a massive loan of $53,000 USD on this platform. Today, I am facing severe active lawsuits, court cases, and the imminent threat of prison because of a bank cheque I cannot pay back. I am living in total fear and absolute despair, wearing torn clothes and losing my dignity. I urgently appeal to the management of this company, to its investors, and to every merciful person reading this review to look into my case, help me find a solution, or offer a settlement to save my life from total ruin and prison. My legal documents and bank cheque are real, and I just need a lifeline. Please help me.

I hope those of you who invest in this broker are expected to be careful because it is a fraudulent broker, if you make a profit you will be accused of cheating, even though this broker is very fraudulent with a system that has no clarification for its users, I am very disappointed and it is not recommended.

Worst platform. I made complaint and asked my details. Also sent my total details what they want to resolve my problem. But till now no response from this platform.

Amount of my withdrawal credited to my account on same day through third party MD Group. But on17/04/2026 my withdrawal amount lien of Rs.9,115/- has been marked on my bank account due to Cyber Crime Cell, Haryana.
I made a request to resolve this to XM and they acknowledged. But till date XM did not solve my problem. I think this may be one type of cheating from this platform.

I made a withdrawal attempt but haven't received the funds despite contacting the support team multiple times. I haven't reached a final solution. This intermediary is a scam. Beware!
