Review of XM Broker

I want to share my negative experience working with XM broker. I am a client of the company and have faced a serious problem with a withdrawal of funds.

I requested a withdrawal of $5,500 from my trading account. Instead of processing the request, the company blocked my account, citing a reason that does not correspond to reality and has nothing to do with the actual situation on the account. At the same time, the funds were deducted from my balance unilaterally, without any explanation or my consent.

To date, the funds have not been returned to me, and I have not received any clear explanation from customer support. Such actions raise serious doubts about the company’s integrity and the safety of client funds

If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will take the matter to court through an international lawyer, and I will also publicize this case on Instagram through bloggers with large audiences whom I know personally.

XM's support service is terrible. I have been waiting nine days for a refund of a 735 XRP deposit that was never credited. I provided all the requested proof—including the Ripple TxID and verification videos—yet their only response is evasive, telling me to "keep waiting." I demand the immediate return of my funds.

I previously left a review for XM, and they replied to it. I responded to their email, but they still have not restored my account or returned my funds.

This situation is extremely unfair. Every trader places trust in a broker when depositing money, but XM has withheld my $600. This is not money that can simply be taken without justification. People work hard for their savings, and everyone has different financial circumstances and responsibilities.

I submitted the required documents three times, but XM rejected them each time without providing a satisfactory resolution. I respectfully request XM to refund my $600 and return my account access.

I also ask Trustpilot to carefully review the complaints against XM. If Trustpilot investigates customer experiences and reviews, it will find many traders reporting similar issues. XM has not returned my $600, and they have also disabled my ability to trade on MT5 without any clear reason.

This is unfair treatment, and I hope XM resolves this matter by returning my funds as soon as possible.

Extremely terrible platform. My family and I traded here for over 4 years, but I'm stopping completely and sharing my experience on social media. My account has been suspended for 2 months with no progress, despite submitting all documents immediately. Customer support is completely useless and unhelpful. I will be filing a formal complaint with the regulatory authorities

I HAVE NOW ESCALATED THIS MATTER TO THE FSC OF BELIZE AND WILL ALSO BE FILING COMPLAINTS WITH CYSEC AND ASIC.

XM, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. STOP SENDING TEMPLATE REPLIES. EITHER PROVIDE A PROPER EXPLANATION SUPPORTED BY YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR RELEASE MY USD 4,110.61 IMMEDIATELY.

We have raised request withdrawal of amount of 25050 USDT from last 8 days before, but still the amount is not at all credited to my Binance wallet. Continuously we are sending email on this but we are getting any proper response or communication till now

I suffered a significant financial loss due to spread issues while trading a currency pair on my live account (number 352241730) with XM Global Limited. Around July 22, 2026, I held open positions on the GBP/NOK pair with 1:1000 leverage. At 00:07, XM increased the spread on this pair to approximately five times the normal level; this sudden and unusual widening caused a stop-out on my account. Consequently, I lost my entire capital of $540. I believe this loss was not caused by normal market movements but rather by the platform's abrupt and excessive widening of the spread. I took a screenshot during the trade, and the unusual spike in the spread is clearly visible in that record. I contacted XM customer support regarding this issue, but I was informed that no refund or compensation would be provided. I do not find it acceptable for clients trading with high leverage to lose their capital because the spread is increased several-fold without prior notice

Bro. How the he do you allow me to refer friends and trade normally for months then when my friends qualify on the Saturday before the payment all of a sudden you accuse me for arbitrage trading and bonus exploitation with no evidence? What the F is that surely!

This is a very bad broker. Nobody should trade with this broker.

I deposited $532 and traded for one month. I always used small lot sizes and traded carefully. Even so, after I gradually made a profit, they removed my entire profit of $532. After that, they also refused to return my initial deposit.

They asked me to provide many documents, and I submitted every document they requested. Despite that, they removed the withdrawal option from my account. Later, they restored it, but then they removed the cryptocurrency withdrawal option. I then requested a withdrawal through my local bank, but they rejected it. They asked for my bank statement, and I provided it. Even after that, they rejected my withdrawal again. I submitted another withdrawal request, and they rejected it once more.

I strongly advise everyone not to trade with this broker. They treat their clients very badly and make the withdrawal process extremely difficult.

Very bad made the deposit into the account you specified; if that account fails to transfer the money to you, is it my fault?My bank has stated that they will not provide any assistance; since you sent the money of your own accord, the bank is not at fault. The bank has no refund or recall policy regarding this, so there is nothing they can do.
Please check the bank statement for the account where you asked me to deposit the money to see if I actually made the payment; that way, the facts will be clear. Why don't you investigate that specific account? The bank isn't helping; they have stated that they will not intervene in this matter.

This platform is not recommended! Until now they not let me withraw my remaining balance they close my account and not let withraw my remaining balance! Also the customer service everytime i reached out different answer to my same question ang giving wrong information! Hey let me withraw my funds!

This broker is unethical and unscrupulous. They take advantage of their clients and show little regard for the impact of their actions.

Without any warning they disabled Neteller deposits, even though I had been using Neteller to fund my account with them for years. At a critical moment, I needed to make a deposit to protect my capital but because they suddenly removed this payment option, I couldn't. As a result, I lost my account.

Changing a long standing deposit method without proper notice is unprofessional and misleading. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this broker. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service make them difficult to trust.

This is my final and most aggressive public escalation against XM Global compliance and management. My hard-earned principal money is being legally withheld by your payment nodes, and your team is playing cheap bureaucratic games with my life.

Ms. Tanisha and the compliance desk rigidly demanded an official "Bank Refusal / Rejection Letter". I achieved this by escalating the issue directly to the SBI Central Headquarters and the AGM Customer Service grid. On Saturday, the official SBI UPI PAY Support Desk officially replied in writing stating: "Beneficiary bank rejected the chargeback stating that Goods/services provided to customer. So, we request you to get in touch with your merchant."

Despite presenting this consecutive official banking writing proof showing that SBI is operationally unable to reverse the funds, XM Global refuses to process my manual principal credit and continues sending robotic template emails.

If my 18,000 INR manual refund is not released into my wallet immediately, I will file a formal global grid dispute with international financial regulators (CySEC and IFSC) with full email logs of Ms. Tanisha's intentional harassment of a middle-class customer. Credit my money right now!

It seems like xm is growing quickly. Previously I have rated it 1 star but from my present experience I am giving it 5 star. They are giving fast withdrawal and seems like perfect compitition for broker like exness. Hope they won't giveup.
