XILINK Global Trade is an independent sourcing and export agent based in Jinan, Shandong. Since 2013 we have acted as the buyer's own representative inside China: we visit the factory in person before your money moves, inspect the goods before they load, and release payment against inspection results rather than as a lump sum up front. 550+ orders shipped, 45+ countries. We are not a manufacturer and not a trading company. We work for the buyer, not the factory - we show you who actually makes your goods, and you see the real factory invoice. We add no markup to it. Our income is China's 9-13% export VAT rebate, which the government refunds to the exporter of record when the goods ship; it is not a commission or kickback from any factory, so it cannot influence which supplier we recommend. Standalone work - a factory audit, a pre-shipment inspection, an interpreter for a plant visit - is quoted separately as a day rate, agreed before we start. What we source: construction and agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, spare parts by part number for major Chinese machinery and electric-vehicle brands, industrial and water-treatment chemicals, geosynthetics, and infrastructure supplies. Typical batches run US$5,000-50,000, often pulled from several factories and consolidated into a single shipment. Our clients are mainly small and mid-sized importers - more than 200 of them - in Central Asia, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Quotes, contracts and factory negotiations are handled in English, Russian or French; we deal with the factories in Chinese. First-Time Importer Experience
This was one of my first experiences working directly with suppliers in China, so naturally I had many questions about the process. I was looking for support that could help me better understand sourcing, supplier communication, and the steps involved before shipping. XILINK GLOBAL TRADE 🌍 provided assistance with the parts of the process where I needed local support. They answered my questions and helped me communicate more effectively with the suppliers involved.
For someone without an established team in China, having access to this kind of assistance was useful. The process felt easier to manage because I had more information and support along the way.
My overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the help I received during the project.

We found XILINK GLOBAL TRADE through an AI search. At the time, we were planning a trip to China to visit our long-term partners, but beyon our existing suppliers, we were eager to explore new business oppertunities and supplier channels. Since it was our first time in China, we very much hoped to find a long-term business partner who shared our vision for growth and could provide ongoing support.
Our visit to China turned out to be extermely rewarding. Their fees were very reasonable - only 60 USD per business staff member per day for accompaniment. They could also join us for travel arrangement beyond business visit, and we even managed to squeeze in a trip to the Great Wall of China. I believe they are a truly trustworthy group of people!
