Hatte ein Redmi 3 bestellt, welches mit "only shipped with original rom" beworben wurde. Angekommen ist dann ein Gerät mit einer Vendor-Rom. Das Service-Center brauchte mehrere Tage zum Antworten und da wurde ich auf die Artikelbeschreibung hingewiesen, die aber nachträglich geändert wurde. Auf meine Gegendarstellung kam keine Antwort mehr zurück. Sollte euch meine Darstellung noch nicht genügen, schaut euch bitte die AGBs an!

Do not buy from this e-shop! I have made order 8th of March, today is 11th of April and no answer to my e-mails or messages on their facebook page. Ordered mobile is not even in their e-shop anymore and they are not bothered to inform me about that and I am not the only one! They have my money whole month, but apparently, it is not problem for them..

They advising lot of e-mails, but it is an excuse, not real reason to not answer to customers.

Habe ein Xioami Note 2 und ein iHealth Blutdruck Messgerät bestellt. Beides kam relativ rasch bei mir zuhause an. Leider wurde aber das iHealth Messgerät ohne Bluetooth geliefert. Auf meine Mails, in denen ich die Falschlieferung beschrieb, reagierte man mit mehrtägiger Verzögerung. Mehrfach wurde ich aufgefordert, die Falschlieferung mit Fotos zu belegen. So vergingen über 7 Wochen.....Dann forderte ich mich mehrfach auf Abholtermine vorzuschlagen - man wolle in CZ überprüfen, das das Gerät noch OK sei. Nachdem aber zwei meiner Vorschläge ohne Reaktionen blieb, beschloss ich für mich das falsche Gerät zu behalten, da ich die Gefahr für gross hielt, das Gerät und mein Geld los zu sein. Also Finger weg von dem Laden!

I ordered a Xiaomi Mipad 2 (64gb version) one month ago.
They wrote on their website it will take 7 days to arrive from china at their warehouse and about 3-4 days to arrive at my location.

I got no proper information for about two weeks, they only kept me waiting.
Then they contacted me and told me to pay another €20 because the price has been raised, otherwise they would cancel my order.

First I didn't want to pay, because they kept me waiting for so long, but then I paid, because I wanted the tablet to arrive as fast as possible.

I paid, but they still didn't ship it out.
When I contacted them again, they only wrote that they have plenty other orders, and that they will serve them before me.

I don't think that my order will ever arrive.

Très content un super service et très très rapide car en stock, 2 jours avec GLS, une superbe balance Xiaomi Mi Smart Scale, un site avec de très très bon produits Xiaomi, j’achèterai encore, vivement la sortie du Xiaomi Mi5 xiaomi, Watch Xiaomi, Mi Band 2 etc....

The online shops looks nice and well organised. Orderd a Xiaomi Mi3 last week and recieved after 3 days. Will order again!

Salve è da un po che compro su questo store, faccio recensioni di prodotti tecnologici e spesso mi capita di comprare in rete anche da shop di nuova apertura.

Devo dire che questo è uno dei migliori che abbia mai visto. Prodotti originali, nel mio caso Xiaomi, prezzi concorrenziali e prodotti di nicchia difficili da reperire in Italia, uno tra tutti il MI Air Purifier che su altri store ha un prezzo altissimo comprendendo i costi di spedizione, qui si trova a 220€. La consegna avviene in media entro 2 tre giorni lavorativi è il vettore di trasporto può cambiare in base alla merce e all destinazione, ma comunque tutto arriva sempre tramite corriere e con un ottimo imballaggio.

L'unica cosa che migliorerei e l'invio di numero di tracking per la spedizione, spesso infatti non è propio immediato, ma basta scrivere un commento nella pagina dell'acquisto e in breve vi sarà inviato.

Anche dal punto di vista della comunicazione non ha niente a che invidiare a grandi concorrenti come iBuygou.com. Spero che riescano a crescere e rimanere competitivi come lo sono adesso. Ottimo servizio vivamente consigliato.
