Very good the iPhone is very nice

Phone was in good condition and arrived promptly but does not keep charge last about a hour this is the second phone from this company with the same issue first time x2tech provided a £25 refund towards a new battery and luckily is now working fine as for the second handset we have had no reply to our email and after the initial cost of nearly £120 we have had to replace the battery at the cost of £30 in order for it to be any good as a phone final verdict if you don't mind paying for a new battery then the phones are good condition shame about there battery would rather little extra and know you are going to have a good working phone

Good condition phone had a battery issue though which requires a battery change contacted the company and mark was very helpful currently awaiting a partial refund to put towards new battery will update if refund is received but overall really good service

My handset purchase was okay, I think it could’ve been presented a bit better and come with a plug for the usb wire, other than that the service from the handset is brilliant and works as it should.

I ordered next day delivery and it come 3 days later not good as I needed a phone ASAP.

The phone was in ok condition.

From start to finish the transaction was flawless. I ordered my phone on the Thursday night and it arrived Monday morning. And I was kept updated the whole time. Can’t even tell the phone has been used and refurbished. Very happy and will be a regular customer here.

Terrible company. Ordered a refurbished iPhone SE. Battery life didn’t last at all. Emailed company and no reply. Have had to buy another elsewhere. Save your money and don’t buy from here!

Brilliant service very good quality will use again

Easy to order the phone on line. The person I spoke to was very helpful
in explaining the difference between the models and personally delivered the phone to me.

Phone was despatched to the wrong address, I managed to contact DPD to sort it out myself
Refurbished phone and battery dies with 2 hours
Would I use again....NO

Received promptly and found to be in 'as new' condition as advertised.
Works perfectly.

Great service and an excellent quality phone - I ordered my phone very near the cut off time for next day delivery - they rang me straight away to apologise as the courier had arrived early, they even offered to drop it off for me as I live close by. The phone arrived before the date I was given together with a free recharge cable to apologise for the delay. I am really pleased with the condition of the phone - it looks brand new to me! Would highly recommend.

I had ordered from Quick Mobile FIX**** in November for my daughter's Xmas present but have been robbed and fobbed off!
They knew it was for a S.N Child but didn't care. Still not had it BUT THEN I found these guys at X2TECH and thank god I did. They have restored my faith in business and humanity and actually delivered (literally also) in what they advertised and in customer service and decency!!
