Purchased an iPhone 8 for our son

Purchased an iPhone 8 for our son. Paid a fair price. Phone arrived quickly. Phone was in mint condition. Literally not a mark on it. A day or 2 later the battery packed in causing the phone to randomly reboot. A quick email to mark and the phone was on its way back where it was repaired and dpd’d back to me over night. Communication with x2tech was brill. Overall a enjoyable buying experience and I have no doubts I will buy again from them. Cheers guys.

I got an iPhone 7 Plus 128gb

I got an iPhone 7 Plus 128gb for under £200! Got it just to replace my broken phone & it’s good as new so I’ll definitely be purchasing every phone from here! So many people recommended this phone company. It’s almost to good to be true!

A good reference is totally out of the question ...

A good reference is totally out of the question here!?
Not only did you send me a faulty phone that i had to return to you at my own expense, it is now 3 days since i asked if you received it so i’m guessing totally out of the question that i’ll get back one that actually works??

Absolutely zero customer service and, as so far, no offer or receipt of a replacement🤬🤬

I wa very pleased with my purchase

I wa very pleased with my purchase, but what was so amazing was in my delivery there was a packet of sweet to compliment the order. This wS a very gesture of good will. And for myself self as a customer it made a very big difference.

Good

Good, fast and reliable service. Even though my delivery instructions were changed at the last minute they delivered to the alternative address without fuss and on time. I would use and recommend x2tech again. Well done 👍
