Clothes are great quality but ..
Clothes are great quality and store staff are extremely welcoming. However their Customer service needs improvement- they don’t seem to answer the phone, are very slow and often ignore WhatsApp messages completely with a slight patronizing tone. Returns can be slow. I will continue to come into the store but might not shop online online due to the above needs improvement. I am a strong customer of theirs but they should test everyone with respect.

Clothes are great.
Clothes are great, well made. Good quality materials.
The only problem is sizes, do not not seem to come up true to size. One pair of jeans in the same size will fit another will not.
