Waste of cash was sent nicotine free refills
Ive just discovered all 3 of my refills are nicotine free after opening the first one!! When Ive been buying nicotine pods every time you would think this would be noticed. Ive just made an order with different online vape store they have nicotine plus free shipping. Gutted about the waste of £18 for pods i wont use.

Dear Sylvie,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear about your frustration, but we would like to clarify that we dispatched the exact items selected during your purchase. We process a high volume of orders daily, and because many customers frequently switch between different brands, devices, and nicotine strengths—often tapering down to nicotine-free options—our dispatch team fulfils precisely what is ordered rather than checking individual order history or assuming a mistake has been made.
Each product listing specifies the nicotine strength, and an automated order confirmation detailing the items is sent immediately after checkout. Had you noticed the error before dispatch, we would have been more than happy to amend the order for you.
Furthermore, had you contacted our support team upon delivery before leaving this review, we could have easily arranged a prepaid return label to exchange the items for your preferred nicotine strength with zero hassle.
We would still like to help resolve this for you. If your remaining two packs are unopened and in their original condition, please reach out to us at info@ninja-vapes.co.uk with your order details, and we will gladly arrange an exchange for you.
Kind regards,
Team Ninja.
