STAY AWAY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a very frustrating experience with Zocdoc and would not recommend using their platform. The information listed is often inaccurate or misleading, which can easily waste your time when trying to find a provider.

In my case, the insurance details were not clearly broken down, and what was presented didn’t match the reality once I followed up.
A service like this should make healthcare navigation easier, but instead it created more confusion and inconvenience. If you’re relying on it for accurate insurance compatibility or provider details, be cautious.

Overall, I found it unreliable and not worth the time. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re okay with potentially dealing with incorrect information and unnecessary hassle.

Found some great physicians through Zocdoc!

I’ve found some excellent physicians using Zocdoc - I’ve found the reviews to be genuine, and availability up to date. Insurance coverage almost always accurate also. Sometimes also found a stopgap provider when my usual provider wasn’t available in a time crunch.

Used many times

Used many times, I have several clients we provide support services for so I have been making appointments for years and this is the best way by far.

My eye appointment

Dr. Sullivan was super knowledgeable and thorough during my eye appointment. He was friendly, along with the rest of the staff, and made choosing out a new pair of glasses fun! I will definitely be coming back to this office location for future eye appointments. I highly recommend!
