They make you pay for shipping ($25) and if you want to return it, you have to pay for shipping ($25). It costs you money for something you order online and don’t see in person

Their products are BEAUTIFUL and well made. Their customer service is exceptional. We ordered 48 varied plates to be delivered. Out of the 48 only 2 were broken and are being replaced quickly and easily. Dulce is great to work with!

Update to Delivery-our furniture was finally delivered. 3 beds, 2 nightstands and 1 dresser. To our dismay, 2 out of the 3 beds, CUSTOM beds, are MISSING pieces. They could not be assembled. 1 bed was missing both side rails. The other bed was missing the foot board and a side rail. The delivery company said they would be back the next day with the missing pieces-of course that DID NOT HAPPEN. I called customer service and talked to the "escalation department". I think they call it the escalation department because this department escalates conflict and the people that work there are very rude. I told them we should get a discount for the long delay in receiving our furniture (this furniture was ordered in May) and then once the furniture actually did arrive, it was incomplete, his response was-Z gallerie does not give discounts and also they don't give them "for every little thing." So dismissive and combative. I'm not sure what type of customer training they receive. He was not interested in trying to resolve the situation. We have had issues with other furniture companies and their reps have been apologetic and they have given discounts.
So I have sent pictures to Z Gall of what we actually did receive, who knows when we will get our missing pieces and what shape they will be in. I expect so little of this company.

Very difficult to get a hold of customer service. Called the 1-800 number and waited for over 30 minutes. Hung up and called an alternate number posted on their website, and waiting the same amount of time. Paid $40 shipping on a $240 order, and it took over 2 weeks to ship (although site stated it would ship within a few business days). Not impressed.

The best customer service. Thank you Álvaro! I recently purchased (8/2023) several items from Z Gallerie. Two items were frames, and on one frame the glass was broken. This is so easily done and so tricky in shipments, but I thought it was worth a try reporting it was broken. Alvaro was courteous and professional. Through a really easy process, Alvaro said Z Gallerie would send new frame. No need to return mine. I was so thankful and impressed.

I had some issues placing my order online so I opted to call the phone number at the bottom of the page. I was connected with Caroline who was quick and very efficient. When I called back 15 minutes later to place a second order I had forgotten about on the first call I was connected with Caroline again. What a blessing to deal with someone with such great customer service.

Caroline was phenomenal with assisting me with 2 orders placed over the phone. A+ Customer Service!

Customer Service is excellent. My representative Karla was prompt and knowledgeable when addressing my concerns about my order.

Finally reaching Gabriel to give me accurate and concrete information regarding two orders made May 11, 2023 gave me confidence that our money had not been taken. .My first shipment left California on Aug. 24, 2023!

Beware of Z Gallerie’s deceptive and unfair trade practices. I am going to be reporting them to the FTC as well. Any response they post on here is just a lie. They ask you to contact them as though they will help resolve your problem, but do not respond to emails afterwards. DO NOT TRUST them.

I have had furniture on back order since early April 2023 and its late July 2023. The company does not actively contact you to let you know there have been delays in your order. You have to constantly contact them. One item was finally available, and the delivery company damaged it! I would not recommend buying from ZGalleries under any circumstances. I would give them a zero rating, if I could.

Fernanda Atenas was great help during the return process. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst website !
They are good to send you emails two times a day regarding their incredible discounts, but then if you I have a problem you have to pay for your return (mine was expensive than my item) and cherry on ice for some items returned they apply also a drop in value of 25 % !!!! Always more....
Also they sold articles sold out, and they sent you an email one week after your payment saying the item is not anymore in their stock. CRAZY
Please don't go, google is full of great furniture websites, so GO YOUR WAY !

I would give ZGallerie a 0 star if I could. Worst quality furniture for the amount you pay, do not buy from here. I received my 2 night stands and a dresser and 2 of the 3 items are completely damaged and cannot be used. And it wasn’t a delivery damage the internal boxes had no dents or damage. Product is cheap material none of the drawers open and close easily. I feel like the drawers are falling apart. Don’t buy from here better off shopping at Amazon or Wayfair. They have better quality for sure!

DO NOT BUY FROM ZGALLERY! I ordered a table online and they placed the incorrect shipping address. After over 5 phone calls to the call center which could not modify information or contact a supervisor I had no choice but to attempt to cancel —which they couldn’t do either—and had to place a claim on my card for a refund. Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere!

I have placed about 3 orders through ZGallerie's website. I love the store and the items they feature on their website are beautiful. The first order was received and was exactly as the website described and was delivered without a problem. The second order was a mirror that arrived shattered. I contacted customer service, they contacted the manufacturer who told me not to bother returning the broken mirror and promptly sent a new one that arrived undamaged. The third order was a set of 2 nesting mirrored tables. The first order cam and the little table was missing a piece of the mirrored side. I contacted customer service again a began working with Karla--she is extremely helpful and prompt in her replies and seemed to genuinely care about my experience. I needed to package up the tables and return via FedEx, which is somewhat difficult as it was a large box and awkward to get into the Walgreens which is the drop off site. However, I did this and waited a month for the replacement. When it arrived, again the smaller table had a chunk of the mirrored side missing. I loved this set of mirrored tables and had the perfect places for both the large and the small tables. I sent a picture of the damage to Karla, but the only answer was to go though the process again of packaging up the return, muscling it into Walgreens and waiting another month hoping that the 3rd set was not damaged. I decided to just forget the whole return process and made the decision to never order anything again from the ZGallerie website--it is not worth the aggravation. Even with a great customer service rep, the online shopping experience can be a nightmare

I ordered wine glasses before Christmas last year. To this day I have not received my order. I was told they were they on back order so I waited. I emailed them a day ago and they told me the glasses are still on back order and they want to wait another two months. I looked online today and my glasses are available to be shipped out May 10. This is a deceitful company. I'd highly recommend you not order anything from them online because they will absolutely take their time getting your things delivered to you, if at all. I'm going to reach out to the state attorney general. I think everyone dealing with these people should do the same and hold them accountable for their actions.
