Arrivati da Bergamo con 1 ora di ritardo a Chania e con la rassicurante mail da Stressfreecarrental che avremmo avuto comunque a disposizione qualcuno di Zezgo a aspettare il nostro arrivo a mezzanotte invece che alle 23.00, peccato che non c’era nessuno e nessuno a cui abbiamo chiesto informazione conoscesse il nome della compagnia. Abbiamo girato avanti e indietro per l’aeroporto ma senza risultato. Tentativo di contatto impossibile e quindi siamo stati costretti a prendere l’ultimo Bus locale per la città alla 1.00 a.m.
Ho bombardato di mail si Stressfreecarrental che Zezgo ma il contatto di quest’ultimo è inesistente!
Finalmente dopo aver cercato su internet uno straccio di contatto telefonico ha risposto qualcuno che ci ha detto che la nostra prenotazione era andata!e che la compagnia ha una navetta che fa riferimento ad APOLLO rent car!!
Riassumendo 265€ volati!
Mi associo a chi nei vari commenti ha dato dei truffaldini a chi gestisce la compagnia … DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!👎👎👎👎

A very economical and quality choice for a rental vehicle in Vancouver, B.C. Off-site location but excellent shuttle service. Customer service was excellent and the whole rental business itself had a good and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend to others. In checking reviews on this business there were many that complained of difficulties with insurance waiver (for those with own insurance). We found this not to be an issue at all. But you do need documentation showing you actually have liability and collision coverage and not just say you do. This requirement is in the Terms of Service and should not be a surprise to renters. Complaints about being required to pay for 'mandatory' insurance are not founded and should not be relied on. Existing negative reviews concerning onerous insurance requirements are uncalled for and very misleading. Call ahead to verify insurance requirements. Rental rate for a small but perfectly adequate vehicle was 1/3 of what others quoted.

The attendant who checked us in and gave us the car was very knowledgeable about things like insurance coverage and tolls. They were also very patient as I requested information from my insurance company. Drop off was seamless as well. The car was a bit stained in the interior and scratched on the exterior but that didn't make a difference to us.

I rented a car from Zezgo in Orlando and had a very disappointing experience. Before leaving the counter, I told the representative exactly where I would be staying and where I planned to drive. Based on that information, I was strongly encouraged to purchase the toll package. After my trip, I discovered that the routes I regularly used did not require toll roads, so I paid for a service I didn’t need.

I felt scammed because it seemed like the employee was more interested in selling an optional product than giving me accurate information. It left me wondering whether employees receive a commission for selling these add-ons.

When I contacted the rental location to request a refund, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me, they told me they were a “third party” and that I would have to email corporate. I found that ridiculous, especially since they were the ones who rented me the vehicle and sold me the optional toll package.

To make matters worse, before even investigating my complaint or providing any evidence, I was told that I could not receive a refund simply because I signed the rental agreement. My concern was never about changing my mind—it was that I purchased the toll package based on the information provided by the rental agent, which turned out to be inaccurate. Throughout this process, my concerns were not properly addressed, and I felt like no one was willing to take responsibility.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I expected honesty, transparency, and professional customer service. Instead, I was passed around, dismissed, and left feeling misled. I would encourage anyone renting from Zezgo to carefully review every optional charge before signing and not rely solely on the recommendations made at the rental counter.

This is the worse company I have every seen. Long airport wait in over 100 degree weather. Long drive outside of airport. Clerks would not take my decline of insurance, and charged $1,000 fee encase of damages. Internet went out while processing paperwork and clerks are rebooting modems without a clue. Returned car full of gas and with no damage. Later credit card was charged additional monies. When I called customer care they said my car came back with less gas. I stated I filled gas to full and have a receipt. They declined to help. I had to dispute with my credit card company. I can't believe that Orbitz/Expedia recommends this car company. Stay Away from Zezgo

Stay away from this company immediately. Scam alert. My first issue—though not my biggest complaint—was that ZEZGO does not have an office at the airport; consequently, I had to wait over half an hour in the scorching Florida sun for a shuttle to take us to their office. Upon arrival, the person in charge tried to charge me $250 for insurance, claiming that my personal auto insurance required $500,000 in third-party liability coverage. I refused to pay the $250 and had to go back to the airport to find another agency.
Alejese inmediatamente de esta compania. Alerta de estafa. Mi primer incomodidad, la cual no es mi peor queja, es que ZEZGO NO TIENE una oficina dentro del aeropuerto, por lo cual tuve que esperar mas de media hora en el inclemente sol de Florida un shuttle que nos lleve hasta su oficina. Al llegar, la persona a cargo me queria cobrar $250 por un seguro, indicando que mi seguro de auto particular deberia tener una cobertura a terceros de $500,000 (quinientos mil dolares. Me negue a pagar los $250, y tuve que regresar al aeropuerto a buscar otra agencia.

Place is nothing but scams, beware stay far away from them. They will charge you way more than you are supposed to be charged calling it a deposit and insurance not matter if you paid it or not. Then the car it’s self they literally had glued the bumper on and it fell off while driving and tried to blame the damage on me. Then they charged my card again. They knew what they did when I called them out they got mad. I had to call an uber to get back to the airport because they were just horrible.

If zero stars were possible, I would give them.
Zezgo at Chania airport is unknown and not findable. Not reacting to phone calls also the broker Orbit does not react. After 2 hours of looking and asking around we hired a car somewhere else.

SCAMMERS!!! The worst of the worst as far as ethical companies go. They will force you into purchasing their insurance onsite, even if you have personal insurance that meets all of the posted requirements in the pickup office. The staff is horrible, the cars are not maintained (the maintenance required light was on at the time of pickup), and the unexpected costs that you will be stuck with are exorbitant. These people are literal criminals. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Like seriously, don't do it.

I didn't actually take the rental car that I rented because of all the underhanded insurance up charges they tried to add. I rented the car through economy bookings that was my first mistake. It took quite a long time to get picked up at airport then when we pulled up it's connected to a cockfighting ring and was not super clean. This was in Puerto Rico and I'm so disappointed that this is how my vacation started. The staff that I talked with were nice enough while telling me all the add ones that I had to have so I told them I wanted to cancel. They at least did it on their end while economy bookings did not. Very unprofessional company. I should have checked their ratings first but Ive had good luck in the past with different rental car places. Would not recommend

First off, they are so far from the airport it's not funny. By the time the shuttle pick you up and take you to their office, you could rent a car at the airport and drive to bush garden. !!!
They they want you to purchase THEIR insurance even though you have coverage under you own policy. Just a ripoff if you ask me.

I give them 1 start just because is not an option to give them 0, I need to talk to the managers didn't connect me to them, they never return the phone calls, overcharged and didn't want to provide a proper receipt with itemized items.

I rented a vehicle from Zezgo Orlando (Rental Agreement MCOA01-73301) and was disappointed with my experience.

When I picked up the vehicle, I specifically informed the representative that I carried automobile insurance through USAA and provided my insurance information because I did not need or want additional coverage.

After returning home and reviewing my rental agreement, I discovered that a $99.95 Partial Damage Waiver had been added to my contract. I also noticed that my insurance information was never entered on the agreement, despite providing it at the counter.

I contacted customer service, explained the situation in detail, and requested a refund of the optional charge along with an explanation of why my insurance information had not been recorded. Unfortunately, the response I received appeared to be a generic form reply that simply stated the insurance was sold at the counter and that no refund would be issued after the vehicle was returned. None of the specific questions I raised were addressed.

My concern is not simply the cost of the waiver. It is that an optional product was added when I had already provided proof of my own insurance coverage, and my questions about how that occurred have gone unanswered.

I encourage anyone renting from this company to carefully review every line of the rental agreement before signing, even after a long day of travel. Verify that any optional products you decline are not included and that any insurance information you provide is accurately documented.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting from Zezgo Orlando.

​Je ne recommande absolument pas cet aéroport si vous avez le choix. Mon passage par Rabat-Salé a été une succession de frustrations qui témoignent d’un manque total de professionnalisme.
​Accueil et personnel : un désastre
Dès l'arrivée, le ton est donné : le personnel au sol est d'une négligence consternante.
​Organisation chaotique
C'est le flou artistique le plus total. Les procédures d'enregistrement et de contrôle de sécurité sont interminables et mal gérées. Aucune fluidité, aucune communication claire,
Au-delà de l'accueil, l'aéroport lui-même ne donne pas une image reluisante.

Si vous voyagez via Rabat-Salé, préparez-vous à perdre patience. Entre l'indifférence du personnel et l'inefficacité générale des services, c'est une expérience épuisante qui gâche le début ou la fin d'un séjour. Un sérieux travail de remise en question et de formation est indispensable pour élever le niveau de cet aéroport.

Horrible experience. Traveled so long! Then employee states my liability on my insurance is to low. I have a 100,000 plan. He wanted 500,00 plan so that’s 350$ more plus 200 security hold. I refused. He made us go outside and would not drive us back to airport. This is a scam!!!!!

En tant que Directeur de l'aéroport de Rabat-Salé, prenez-vous réellement connaissance des avis laissés par les passagers, qui sont également vos clients ? Sans passagers, un aéroport ne peut pas exister. Il est donc essentiel de prendre en considération leurs remarques et d'agir en conséquence.

À la lecture des nombreux avis publiés sur Google, il apparaît que les mêmes problèmes reviennent régulièrement, sans que des mesures concrètes semblent avoir été prises. Mon message a pour objectif d'attirer votre attention sur de graves manquements concernant le comportement de certains membres du personnel de l'aéroport, dont j'ai moi-même été victime.

Lors de notre dernier passage à l'aéroport de Rabat-Salé, ma femme, mes enfants et moi-même avons été confrontés à un comportement totalement inacceptable de la part d'un agent d'une société sous-traitante.

Cette personne a fait preuve d'un grave manque de respect, de courtoisie et de professionnalisme envers ma famille. Une telle attitude est indigne du service que les passagers sont en droit d'attendre dans un aéroport international.

Je suis conscient que cet agent n'est pas directement employé par l'aéroport, mais il représente néanmoins votre établissement auprès des voyageurs. Son comportement nuit à l'image de l'aéroport de Rabat-Salé et laisse une très mauvaise impression aux passagers.

J'ai pris soin de relever le nom, le prénom ainsi que le numéro de matricule de cet agent. Je suis en mesure de vous communiquer ces informations afin de faciliter votre enquête et permettre que les mesures appropriées soient prises.

Je regrette également qu'aucune excuse ne nous ait été présentée sur place, malgré le caractère inacceptable de la situation.

Ce type de comportement est un véritable poison pour l'image du Maroc et, lorsqu'il perdure sans réaction de la direction, il devient un véritable cancer pour la qualité du service et la réputation de l'aéroport. Il décourage les voyageurs, ternit l'image de l'aéroport et porte atteinte à l'hospitalité pour laquelle le Maroc est pourtant reconnu. Les premiers et les derniers souvenirs qu'un visiteur garde d'un pays passent souvent par son aéroport. Il est donc indispensable que des mesures fermes soient prises afin que de tels incidents ne se reproduisent plus.

Je vous demande de bien vouloir prendre cette réclamation au sérieux, de procéder aux vérifications nécessaires et de m'informer des suites qui lui seront réservées.
