Zaxby's Arvostelua 

I just went to Zaxby's for the first time 2 days ago.
I was very unhappy because they have NO dressing or sauces I can have.
I am allergic to MSG and potassium sorbate
I asked for oil and vinegar but they don't have it!
The blue salad was good but I had no dressing because their dressings have preservatives I can't have.
I wish they would consider folks with allergies

I placed an order online on May 28, 2026 through Instacart. It was delivered by an Uber Eats driver. The Chicken and Bacon wrap was delivered to me without any Chicken or Bacon. I called the Zaxbys at the number on the receipt the next day because that's when I discovered no meat. Left a message
No one called me back so I went to Zaxbys on Rt. 87 in Sanford NC. I explained what happened. The manager told me they couldn't do anything because I ordered through a third party. However, the receipt indicates the good originated from that store. They told me to contact Uber Eats. What sense does this make??? Uber Eats merely delivered the order they didnt make it. They all stood there looking blank at me. Lost a good customer.

I have been having problems with the app getting logged in. I have made numerous calls to get this resolved and have asked quite a few times to talk with technical support. Each time I was pretty much blown off. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled quite a few times as requested to no avail. I have in detail told the representatives my dilemma through phone calls and emails and I have been waiting nor for almost three days to get this problem resolved. I can see now why their ratings are so low. They keep going like this, Zaxby's will be another restaurant chain to fold.

We had lunch catered and it was so good it was here on time. The pickles on the side made my day (I hate pickles) and sometimes the juices stay on the food. I really appreciated it. The buns are so fresh, chicken is good, bag of chips and the cookie. Love it

Why is an order of fries $2.99 when you only get a 1/2 of a box full. Zaxbys is being selfish. We work hard for our money just as the owners of Zaxbys does, y'all can do better that than this little serving for $2.99. I spent $60.00 + for my families dinner last night and I'm sure others have spent more, so y'all can do better than this.....

Order through DoorDash and ordered a blue salad first time DoorDash or never order before when I got my salad I had buffalo sauce on it. That’s not what I ordered. Ordered a blue salad after speaking with Zaxby’s and going back to DoorDash. I see a arrow beside the breaded that it is drizzle with buffalo sauce being a first time Dasher once again I didn’t pay attention to that DoorDash would not give me a refund I blame both DoorDash in Zaxbys. If you want to sell a buffalo blue salad, you need to advertise it as a buffalo blue salad. If you advertise a blue salad, you need to sell a blue salad disappointed in Zaxbys always been a fan of Zaxbys first time Dasher will never use DoorDash again.

This place is great! I came back because they missed a chicken tender and they completely gave me a new order. Very polite and im pretty sure she said her name was Jaxon as well, amazing people

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch WRAP -- he REPEATED the order back to me -- but I got home with a Chicken Bacon Ranch QUESADILLA. The quesadilla was so bad (nothing but pieces of chicken and bacon), that I don't even want to taste the wrap now. PLUS... when you call their 1-800 Customer Service number, the recording immediately suggests you call the location directly. I've never had good luck doing THAT before. I think we're done.

I am generally unsatisfied each time I am subjected to a meal from this establishment. With the one exception being the birthday cake milkshake, when made right, I find the quality of their chicken strips to be what I would call lazy. It is as if they do not clean their strips, and simply chop them up and fry them “as-is”, which leaves each strip with a grizzly inedible section that has to be disposed of. You don’t find this in other chicken from similar restaurants. I find the flavor to be unpleasant as well, but likely due to the lingering aftertaste of that one bite you must spit out in each chicken strip. I am shocked that I have not read more reviews with this complaint. It has not been just from one Zaxbys, but from every zaxbys I have gone to since their conception. This has definitely caused my family to rarely choose this option, combined with its exorbitant cost. At that price, you would think they would at least clean their chicken before they fry it up. Anyways, I say this as hopefully constructive feedback, not meaning to be insulting. I just think that many people would eat there more often if their chicken was more consistent and even in its tenderness. It could be a game changer for your company, as it would greatly improve the quality of your product to put in the extra work of cleaning your chicken breast strips. It would definitely make it more then a once a year trip for my family personally.

I was a person that was so so proud of Zaxby’s in Newnan. Oh my! What changed! Customer service! Food portions! This is crazy to pay $15+ and your salad looks like this. I was bragging that at least Zaxby salad was up on Chic-fil-a. No longer!!! I ordered Cobb zalad and I am offended. I flew in and thought what food choice I can get to be happy and take home. I made a bad choice tonight.

Went to the levittown pa. location and it was great the food was good and the people were friendly, it was a terrific experience we will never forget,

The drive thru was quick at 6:15 on a Thursday evening...no one in front of me and noone behind me...wings were room temp at best. At $14.89 plus tax it is not what I expected or wanted. You have...and can do better. Won't be back.

I ordered the cobb salad and it not only went up in price, but the two pieces of bacon you are supposed to get is now one piece of bacon broken into two. Now that's getting really cheap and the customer is cheated out of two full pieces of bacon. It was more lettuce than anything.

Ordered my usual that I get at least once a week..Lemon pepper traditional wing meal..Stomach immediately started hurting..A pain i never felt...I went to bathroom 4 times then my mouth began to water and I feel like I threw my whole weeks worth of food up..Never again will I eat zaxbys

I guess I need to be a better self advocate, my first omen on today's order was the usual routine of me paying and getting my card straight back by the apparent mistake by the cashier of scanning my card and then putting it on the counter instead of immediately returning it, so that when I get it returned to me after receiving my food upon request it was without receipt, so I shouldn't be surprised that upon returning home my 10 piece boneless wings is really a 5 piece.

It will be a while before I am hungry enough to stoop to Zaxby's again.

They suck , if order was ever close to correct I would be amazed. Can’t leave a review on receipt or email!! What does that say.. 1 star because zero is not an option.. over and over. Got to go somewhere else

I met the sweetest girl at zaxbys in shepherdsville ky the other day. Her name is Kaylee, she was fast, efficient, my food was hot, I didn’t have to ask for condiments or napkins she made sure everything was in my bag when I received it. She had a smiling face, made me feel like my time mattered. It did I was on my lunch break. I wish all fast food restaurants had a Kaylee working for them. Thank you Kaylee for making my hectic day a better one when I stopped for lunch.

When I walked into the business, the associate did not greet me, but asked, "Cash or credit?" Customer service has gotten poor and geared to money. It is sad. In addition, I asked for my drink to made with sweet tea, unsweet tea, and lemonade. I asked the cashier was the drink made with all three drinks, she assured me it was. However, that was not the case. It was too sweet for me to drink. I use the unsweet tea to cut the amount of sugar in my drink. Sad to say, after I got home, I learned there was no utensils available for me to eat my salad.
