My new Zatchels bag exceeded expectations. It is made beautifully and was packed and delivered with care.

I have had my beautiful cornflower blue large satchel for around 10 years and have used it daily to carry books, files and even sometimes my laptop. It has had a hard life ! It began to look a bit past it and one strap was completely broken so I enquired with Zatchels about the cost of repairs. I was amazed when they not only freeposted it both ways, communicated regularly at all stages in the process, mended the fastener,strap and slider, but they also custom made a new strap to fit me better (I am vertically challenged !!). With a 2 week turnaround,the repair was fabulous quality in lovely blue leather and my much-loved satchel looks terrific again and lives to fight another school year. I can't thank Brian and the team enough. Five star plus service over 10 years.

Top quality product could not have been happier and worth the 10 day wait for a bespoke product. Communications where great throughout and they helped with a small last minute request to our bay with no fuss. We will be using them again for sure.

Zatchels make the most loveliest of bag. Well designed well made lovely leather. Takes a while for the bag to be made but we'll worth the wait. Also Delivery was easy.

I can't recommend this company enough. Not only did they make a fantastic product that I love but years after being gifted this bag I lost one of the popper ends and broke the other. I was gutted as I loved the bag. I contacted the company and they replied swiftly and offered to send me some new ones. I had received them the day after they said they were making them. What an amazingly kind and proactive customer service. I will continue to buy bags for other people. Fantastic quality workmanship and clearly a wonderful company overall.

The clasp on my bag broke over a weekend, and also the straps were in need of some real attention. I had had the bag for a while so wasn't expecting the great service I received, as all I had to do was send the bag back (all postage paid and labels provided) and within a really short time, my bag was returned as good as new - free of charge. I would recommend using Zatchels everytime.

My girlfriend has a bag from here and absolutely loves it. Decided to get one for my mums 50th in the summer sale. Had a slight delay in delivery due to the volume of orders in the sale (they make to order) and when I contact them to check when it would arrive the customer service rep was incredibly helpful and even gave me a discount due to the delay. The quality of the product was excellent, and the team had even added in an extra charm for my mum since I had mentioned it was a present. Great service, great quality, British made.

I’ve just received my white saddle bag. Even though I had read the positive reviews I was still impressed with the quality of the leather and the craftsmanship. And it came with a matching key ring. I will definitely be ordering one in another colour soon. I was wondering wether it might need a loop, kind of like a belt loop, to stop the strap from curling up with wear. Thank you so much Sharon for the truly beautiful bag.

My bag is well made. Just what I wanted. The only thing it was a couple of days late. When I emailed the customer service got right onto it. They were really good and I got my bag the next day.

I am absolutely delighted with the service from Zatchels. I got given a Zatchels satchel 10 years ago as a gift- I absolutely love it! Recently, I noticed some of the leather was cracked around the lid and handle( I had used it every day for 10 years!). I spoke to Brian from Zatchels who was extremely helpful. I went to the factory shop, where Brian took time to consider how he could repair my bag. I left my bag with Brian and he ended up coming up with a few solutions. I received my bag this week and it looks brand new again! He had taken the time to take the bag apart and replace some of the leather. It looks brilliant and I am very grateful! Thank you for an excellent bespoke service- I would recommend Zatchels to anyone who loves a quality item with the best customer service.

Love the bag..very smart tote bag.
My only complaint is that I would prefer a stronger magnetic lock.

This is my second purchase from Zatchels and I swear I would purchase a bag in every style and colour if my bank account would allow me and of course, I would need a bigger wardrobe. Amazing bags and no doubt I’ll be back later for another purchase.
