Service client au top! J’ai dû changer les globes des suspensions que j’avais achetées et ils me les ont changées rapidement!

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased for more than 800$ products my order got delivered more than a month later. One knob was missing 2 screws (customized to the knob) and one porcelaine cover. Honestly the items can fit into a letter envelop and at most should cost about 5$.
They refused to replace them saying they are not responsible for damaged items because when they shipped they were in good conditions. Are we serious here!!!!
I don’t recommend this business!

Service client inexistant, c'est vraiment dommage car les produits sont beaux et de bonne qualité.
Je ne comprends pas qu'il n'y ait pas un n° de téléphone pour les pro à minima...
car en cas de problème c'est un enfer.

Les produits sont parfaits mais les délais de livraison frisent le délire pour la France.
La préparation de commande est d'une lenteur infinie.
Ça gâche le plaisir

Zangra fait des articles de très bonne qualité, souvent fabriqués en Europe. Il m'est arrivé par 2 fois que les articles arrivent cassés, et le service client a toujours été à l'écoute de mes demandes. Je recommande cette marque géniale.

Très chouette site en expension. Quelques soucis liés à mon adresse Gmail qui passait les communications en spams mais tout rest rentré dans l'order quand je m'en suis aperçue.
Conditions générales très claires.

These guys are amateurs at best. Charge one price and then after I paid decided that it’s wasn’t enough so tried to exhort more money out of me. Avoid these guys like the plague.

15 jours après avoir commandé et avoir été débité de la somme due, je n'ai toujours pas reçu les produits commandés. Je n'arrive pas à contacter ZANGRA par EMAIL et aucune autre possibilité de les contacter. Surtout ne pas commander sur ce site !!!
Mon identifiant et mon mot de passe ne fonctionnent plus et on ne peut les contacter qu'avec un formulaire de contact nécessitant identifiant et mot de passe. J'ai demandé à réinitialiser le mot de passe mais aucune nouvelle. Au final, je ne peux plus accéder à mon compte client et donc aucune possibilité de les contacter. Ma commande arrivera-t-elle un jour ?

They send me the wrong article and never answered to my question on how to proceed to exchange this product to the one I have ordered... And no phone number that you can use....

We have order few of their porcelain lamps and have inspected them when they arrived, but didn't realise that one tiny bit inside was missing. So our electrician found that out during installation, and the same day we sent complaint followed by pictures using their contact form(on their website, there is no telephone number!) and a day after we got very short and rude reply saying that they are getting complains only 3 days after purchase, which have passed of course.
I have never came across this kind of customer service ever! Should avoid them at all costs!

We bought the “Ribbon” lamp that broke while dismantling one of the two rings. Dismantling is delicate procedure where a small iron plate needs to be pressed and the porcelain ring removed to be able to add the wiring. Although our electrician did it the correct way, one of the rings just wouldn’t come loose and cracked. Despite sending pictures and filling in the online contact form our claim was rather rudely rejected saying it was our electricians mistake. That’s where it ended… no way to call them or reach Zangra per email. No option to send the product back. €44,- spend in vain.

Good shopping experience.
Cool merchandise for home, some original stuff you can find only in Zangra.
Prices for every pocket from cheap to very expensive..
Good costumer service.
I bought lights, lamp, porcelain door handles and I am fully satisfied. I received all well packed in Italy.
