Zaitoon Travel

I contacted Zaitoon Travel for a quote for myself and my family to go to Saudi Arabia for our umura.

My inquiry was dealt with by sister Sajida, i found the process was made very easy by her and she tried to help me in every way by trying to ensure that the package was something which I could manage financially and practically as we had a baby in our group.

Unfortunately on this occasion because of some unforeseen family difficulties, I was not able to complete my trip with them, but i have saved their details as I will definitely give them a try again.

The service by the sister was very polite, commercially efficient, professional and the price given was very competitive, and there was an opportunity to spread the costs.

Many thanks Sajida and Zaitoon Travels.

Honest advice from sister Sajida.
I appreciate it!

Special shout out to Faheem at zaitoon travle. We booked an umrah trip for August 2026 and faheem has been extremely helpful from choosing hotels to flights and sorting out tickets and visa. Deffo would recommend.

We recently booked my birthday trip to Istanbul through Zaitoon Travels, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.

A special thank you to Faheem, who was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. He kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. His professionalism and dedication gave us complete peace of mind.

Our Istanbul trip was amazing. The hotel, transfers, and overall arrangements were exactly as promised. Everything went smoothly, allowing me and my wife to fully enjoy our special birthday celebration without any stress. Istanbul itself was a beautiful destination with stunning sights, great food, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Thank you, Faheem and the Zaitoon Travels team, for making our Istanbul birthday trip such a wonderful and memorable experience!

Sister Sajida from Zaitoon Travel did our booking, and she really made our whole holiday experience fantastic from start to finish!

The booking was really smooth, and the whole package was just amazing! We had a multi-city holiday to Turkey with fantastic amenities. We stayed at a 5-star hotel in Istanbul with breakfast, and a 5-star all inclusive resort in Antalya. The transfers were included, and alhamdulillah, it was truly an unforgettable trip.

Sister Sajida was super easy to get in touch with when things like flights changed, and she was incredibly helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. She provided fantastic service and had a friendly and easily approachable demeanor.

We are looking forward to booking again.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all round 👍, highly recommended 👍😊.

I came across Zaitoon Travel agents on the internet for a reasonable priced Ummrah package for myself and my mother and Alhamdulillah the customer service & tailoring of the package itself was done so quick and easily by brother Faheem. I had an excellent experience with Zaitoon Travel for our Hajj/Umrah arrangements, and I especially want to thank Faheem for the outstanding service he provided from start to finish.

Faheem handled everything for us- from booking our tickets and flights to arranging our hotels - and the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly well organised. He was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us.

What really stood out was his customer service. He was patient, helpful, and always available to answer our questions or help with anything we needed. He made the entire journey so much easier and gave us real peace of mind throughout the planning process.

We truly appreciate all the effort he put in, and we’re very grateful for how well everything was arranged. I would highly recommend Faheem and Zaitoon Travel to anyone booking Hajj or Umrah. Exceptional service, excellent organisation, and a genuinely trustworthy person to deal with.

Thank you again, Faheem- we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Uzair was super helpful with our requirements & gave us options to help decide & take our time. Highly recommend Zaitoon & Uzair. We are very much looking forward inshallah to our Umrah visit as a family & will no doubt return back to Zaitoon travel for future enquiries.

Didn't end up booking due to circumstances changing but brother was so helpful throughout the whole process and gave us so much information and kept us updated. In'shaa'Allah will use in the future.

Exceptional service from Naveed – made booking my Umrah so easy

I had a wonderful experience booking my Umrah package, largely thanks to Naveed. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful – assisting me with everything from choosing the right dates and length of stay to recommending hotels that were genuinely close to the Haram. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out.

The entire booking process through Naveed was smooth and stress-free. Every interaction I had with him was respectful, professional, and marked by great service. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

I’m very grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone planning their Umrah.

JazakAllah khair, Naveed!

I have searched so many different travel agents for my travels to Saudi, Zaitoon found me the best package and an amazing price, Azhar helped us from start to finish and made sure the package is tailored to our needs, highly recommended

Thank you Azhar! for booking our Umrah package. You attentively catered to our needs, communicated clearly, and provided an excellent deal. We are extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend this travel agent. Be sure to ask for Azhar he is professional, accommodating, and truly goes the extra mile for his clients.

Faheem helped us with our booking and took care of everything he got us in the same flight and hotels as my family at a good price. I am looking forward to my umrah trip.

Brother Naveed helped us with an amazing 5* package with an affordable price which covers all our requirement.
Communication was very clear and really helpful and was in contact while we were on Makkah-Madina and reaching out to us to check everything is good.
I would rate that as a 5* service from an individual.
We booked for 14 people and every thing was organised by him.
Alhumdulillah my whole family really enjoyed the visit and Inshallah will book again through him as well as Zaitoon travels.
I would highly recommend to contact Naveed for your next trip to make it memorable for your self and family.
Once again thank you so much Naveed for a wonderful experience. We all enjoyed alot.

I found the company Zaitoon travels online and while i was ignored by other agency i reached out to they answered me and were willingly to accommodate my needs. The agent i spoke to was Ahmed and he has since then gone above and beyond for us. We can't wait to go on our umrah journey and i am positive that it is going to be stressfree. Thank you Ahmed for being very accommodating.

My Umrah experience with Zaitoon Travel was genuinely excellent from start to finish. Their customer communication stood out immediately—clear, responsive, and always reassuring (thank you Brother Uzair). Every question was answered promptly, and the guidance they provided made the entire journey stress-free. On top of that, the package offered fantastic value for money, with no hidden surprises and a well-organized itinerary that balanced comfort and affordability. We even had a free Ziyarat thrown in for booking early.

In Makkah, our stay at the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel exceeded expectations. The quad family suite was spacious and ideal for traveling together, offering both comfort and privacy. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and keeping us energized for the day. Most importantly, the hotel’s proximity to the Kaaba made it incredibly convenient to attend prayers without long walks.

In Madinah, the Emaar Royal Hotel provided a welcoming and clean environment. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Its close location to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi made daily visits easy and spiritually fulfilling.

Overall, Zaitoon Travel delivered a smooth, comfortable, and memorable Umrah experience that I would happily recommend. Thank you.

Great service by Zaitoon Travel in finding the best and most economical Umrah package. The level of care and attention was excellent and Faheem’s kindness and support through the process were truly exceptional.
