Allahumdulliah we have just returned…
Allahumdulliah we have just returned from our first ummurah and for us it was a beautiful and peaceful journey we had. Talha brother booked everything we needed and the local transfer car company kept us up to date of who the driver was and when they would pick us up. The hotels were lovely locations and staff were always helpful and kind , they looked after us like family and very clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was nice and lots of options for food choices as well. On our last flight we had boarded the plane but we were told to come off plane as there was a security issue and that the flight might be cancelled or delayed. The Saudia Airlines staff were so nice, very helpful and kind they looked after us and kept us informed. I contacted Talha who kindly tried to help but Allahumdulliah we went back to boarding the plane and safely returned back home. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for Zaitoon travels as I found this company through Trustpilot and like many of us we want to find a good company to help us go on our ummurah journey and for our families. I would always recommend Zaitoon travels after the experience we had and would only go with Zaitoon for future bookings and recommendations to family too. Thank you brother Talha for all your help and support and may Allah have more people like you who help people go on their ummurah and hajj journeys.

Amazing Service from Ahmed
Amazing Service from Ahmed – Highly Recommend!
My husband and I recently booked our Umrah trip through Ahmed, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the service we received.
From start to finish, Ahmed was absolutely amazing. He managed to find us a fantastic deal, and everyone we've spoken to has commented on what a great price we paid!
The locations of both hotels in Makkah and Madinah were excellent, Alhamdulillah, and we particularly loved our hotel in Makkah, which I would highly recommend.
What really stood out was how helpful Ahmed was throughout the entire process. He made everything so straightforward and took away so much of the stress that can come with organising an Umrah trip. His support and efforts were genuinely appreciated.
My husband and I were extremely happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ahmed to any friends or family planning their Umrah. In Sha Allah, if we are blessed with the opportunity to return, we will definitely be booking through him again.
Thank you so much, Ahmed, for helping make such a special journey that little bit easier. May Allah reward you for all your efforts and for helping so many people embark on this beautiful journey.
Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 stars!

Highly recommended for Umrah
We were recommended Zaitoon Travels by family and friends and I am very happy they did.
We were specifically told to deal with Faheem by family & I now understand why.
From the very first minute, Faheem was unbelievably organized, professional, polite & most importantly prompt and knowledgeable.
I admit dealing with myself isn’t the simplest task as there were 10 of us and 2 members have disabilities including autism for one member. Therefore, by default, the requests and questions were excessive as we have much to plan.
I can honestly say that Faheem showed zero frustration, was extremely helpful, answered each question, fulfilled all requests & as a result, our dream of going Umrah will soon be complete as everything is now booked & sorted.
I highly recommend Zaitoon Travels and to ask for Faheem is possible!

I used Zaitoon travel to book a multi centre holiday in Turkiye. Faheem was amazing! Despite making multiple requests for changes, he was always on hand to accommodate and help.
