Declined to fix boiler when needed
Been with YourRepair for three years. Heat exchanger developed a small pinhole. YourRepair told me it was not covered under their policy because possibly due to sludge. They have been servicing my boiler for several years and never mentioned anything about sludge before.
So I am not letf with a policy that is worthless.
DO NOT USE them. If they dont cover the heat exchanger (main part of any boiler) no point taking their policy.

Good timing good experience
The technician arrived at the time he stated and was very polite and friendly! He started to work on my kitchen sink tap and was completed within half an hour! I supplied the tap as I wanted the same one and he was happy to install it!

Great policy selection
Was due to renew my boiler cover & the price had shot up.On searching alternative cover I came across your Repair.They had just the policy I required at a far better price.The website was clear & easy to follow.The whole sign up process was great.Am looking forward to dealing with them.

Despite previous good reviews
Despite previous good reviews, do not touch this company. Left us with a very dangerous electrical issue a d would not send anyone out. Useless and leave you exposed to a fire risk. Initially told it was an extractor which is not covered so bought a new one. When it was fitted it would not work due to a wiring issue. Guess what not covered. Disgusting customer service.
