Replacement battery
Really helpful lady on front desk. (Sorry, I should remember your name.) And so grateful for the help from Spencer. No-one else was able to source me the correct battery, but youritdelivered delivered! Really appreciated it. My old HP laptop lives on.

Absolute theives. I returned an item, I rejected the parcel and Royal Mail sent it back. But these guys still haven't given me a refund after a month. They straight up still money from me.
