Poor Communication
no communication, no number to contact, no update till the product i asked for and courier people also placed the parcel in-front of others door, luckily got it but could have lost if it was not seen by me before someone else saw.

Very poor experience from both Sony & ‘Your IT delivered’, asked Sony for replacement earbud tips, they gave me a product code, No picture or product description, so only ended up with ONE!!! For an astronomical price!!!

Good Communication, and a reasonable price.
Although I ordered a special component, that took several weeks to order from Lenovo and eventually get delivered.... Whenever I reached out to the company; updates were prompt and accurate.

There was a delay on dispatching the item and although this wasn’t communicated with me, once I contacted them it was all sorted and delivery came in time for Christmas
