I needed help adding an item to my order and the customer service rep Joan was extremely helpful, responded to my email extremely quickly, and clearly laid out what was done. I was able to get a first time discount applied and free shipping too.

Ordering was easy. Reached out to customer service through instagram and was able to get an update on my order status. Received Santa Monica piece within 10 days of placing order. It was ready to ship though. Sweater is substantial but I could see someone feeling it a little bit rigid due to all the embroidery. Thinking of adding a silk or cotton liner inside.

I love my sweaters I ordered from Yitai! The customer service Joan offered me was excellent! Very wonderful to work with! I’ll be buying more from here in the future!

Absolutely love this fleece! It feels amazing to wear and looks so chic with its detailed design. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch, so friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Yitai.la is hands down my favorite designer of all time. I own 3 different pieces by him and the quality is superb. Each piece is a hand crafted work of art. Every-time I wear one of his pieces out I get so many compliments and always make sure to plug his brand. I also love that he incorporates elements of Asian culture into his pieces that really resonate with me as well as a fellow Asian.

Super happy with my purchase! The sweaters are incredibly soft and the embroidery is beautiful. The denim is just as stunning, amazing quality overall. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Ordered the fine china sweater and central park sweater during the spring sale and finally received. Fine china sweater is very soft and embroidery is beautiful even in person. Central park embroidery sweater less soft because of embroidery but both designs are worthy of the money. I think some items are on preorder so luckily didn't have to wait too long.

I wish I had seen these before I fell into the social media trap! you won't get your piece! and if you do, it's might look nice but rough to wear and inside.

Terrible, placed an order 6 months ago and nothing. It was such a disappointment, also the customer service quality is garbage. Still waiting to get my money back!!

I wish I could give zero stars—or even a negative rating—for their bizarre customer service. I ordered a jacket that took 10 days to arrive via USPS. Although the USPS tracking shows it was delivered, I never actually received it. I contacted USPS, and they told me they would look for it; if it wasn't found within 30 days, I should file a claim since it was insured for up to $100.

After the 30 days passed, I tried to file a claim on the USPS website. The form required the sender’s address, which I didn’t have because the package never arrived. When I contacted the company, they refused to give me their address, and my online searches turned up nothing. They claimed that as the senders, they would be the ones to file the claim. I pointed out that either the sender or the recipient can file, and since I was the one who paid for shipping, I should be the one to do it.

They still refused to provide their address. Why would a legitimate business hide its physical location? In the end, I lost $124.00. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with—it feels like a complete scam.

Ordered a sweater in Oct 2025. Did not receive it until Feb. 2026. The sizing was completely off and I returned within 1 day of receiving the sweater. It is now February 26th and I have yet to receive a refund. I question if this is a scam company.

I found them through Instagram and ordered an embroidered sweater, even with the long wait time. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the sizing was completely off. Although the embroidery looked great, the inside felt uncomfortably rough like sandpaper against the skin.

Pay close attention to their return policy, refunds aren’t available, only store credit.

Min kæreste har snakket længe om deres sweatre, og hvor smukke de er. Firmaet gør det meget klart, at man skal forvente ventetid på varerne, da de skal håndlaves. Derfor bestilte jeg allerede 31. oktober, selvom hans fødselsdag er i marts.

Den 21. november skriver de til mig, at hvis jeg har bestilt sweateren som en julegave, er det ikke sikkert, den når frem til tiden. Det synes jeg er så god stil, overraskende fremsynet og god kundeservice.

Da jeg forsikrer dem om, at jeg først skal bruge den i marts, får jeg en personlig besked fra en “Dana”, som skriver et virkelig venligt svar som tak - og at jeg kan få mig en 10% rabatkode til næste køb. Igen: Meget personlig kontakt og venligt personale.

I januar tjekker jeg lige op på, om de mon kan nå det til marts. Jeg får en personlig mail, om at ordren meget snart er klar til at sende.

Og ganske rigtigt! Under en uge senere har jeg varen i hånden - som er den smukkeste håndbroderede sweater.

Det er altid lidt uhyggeligt at købe varer fra USA, men jeg er ærligt talt så glad for processen!

Væbn jer med tålmodighed - og så får I altså et håndskabt produkt, når alt er klappet og klart.
