I ordered a t shirt and have had no proper update on the delivery. I got an email to track it and when I tried to it said order not found. I have sent 3 emails but heard nothing back.

The black rhinestone hoodie has been on top of my shopping list for a while now, and today I am proud to write this review about this awesome hoodie that I received today. The material is 10/10 and the rhinestones are amazing, it totally brings sparkles to my life especially on a sunny day like today 😍 in love!

This is my favorite instagram clothing brand. My first interaction with them was when I asked about their size chart. Couldn't find it in their website and they were kind enough to walk me through it in their Instagram DMs. I got the black tshirt with the color shifting rhinestones and it's such amazing quality! They even sent a pouch with extra replacement rhinestones and a coupon. Shipping was fast, customer service 10/10, and the product itself is super high quality just like the website promised.

I am super pleased with the quality of this brand! I have the black Rhinestone Galaxy hoodie and the fabric is weighty and robust for durability. The large rhinestones are secured really well and everything else is evenly distributed. They even give you special washing instructions and a spare pack of rhinestones- just in case. I really love the rhinestone Thorn Sweatpants and the Diamond tee (lightning) also. I am wearing the size S in the Galaxy hoodie 🖤

Love this white rhinestone jacket!!! I sparkles and shines in all the right ways! I’m 5’3, so with that a size small runs a little big, but regardless it’s an amazing piece. The fabric and materials used makes it feel very luxurious!

Worst and most incompetent customer service team Ive encountered in a while. My first order- sent overseas- was returned to the sender for some reason without ever reaching me. Needing it in time for Christmas, I asked for a replacement to be sent and was told they couldn’t until the packaged was returned to them. Tracking clearly showed it never reached me and was headed back to them, so why do I have to wait for another order to be sent? Finally, I asked for the replacement to just be sent to my inlaws’ address in the US since we’ll be visiting for Christmas and asked that it reached me before the 24th. When a new tracking number was sent to me, it showed the package going overseas AGAIN. I asked why it was being sent there when I asked- TWICE- for it to be sent to the new address I provided, I was told to be rest assured that their system showed it being sent to the US address I gave. Well, tracking is showing that it arrived at its destination on an international flight so yeah, still no package and no response from them. Horrible service and I would not only not recommend, I would actively discourage people from buying here.
