Prav was excellent

Prav was excellent! He informed me about all that is available to assist me and even applied for what he could only behalf. He’s really understanding and empathetic, naturally easy to talk to and I left the call feeling lighter, calmer and reassured. He really was just great and it was a pleasure speaking with him.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. My elderly mum (almost 90) spent months going through the Warm Homes Local Grant process, including assessments and waiting for updates, only to be told at the end that the only solution available depended on Solar PV. We knew all along her property is not suitable for Solar PV! Had this been explained from the outset, we could have avoided months of wasted time, stress and uncertainty. Communication was poor, questions were not properly answered, and there was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Services they offer are not fit for purpose and website totally misleading about the range of options on offer. A very frustrating experience.

Untrained staff and poor customer skills

Was approached by their staff, awful patronising attitude, had to challenge and he backed off. Came across as untrained. Raised with company, no response.

Yes Energy Solitions Review - Just Do It! 👍🏾

I have just completed a review with Yes Energy Solitions with a gentleman called Pravinder Mach. What a revelation!!
My first debt/poverty/“help I’m in the shit” took place with Citizens Advice Gosport and was really great. However it was a start and did not give response to the total picture of my circumstances thus could only go so far to help me.
Enter Yes Energy Solitions with a database of connections which would make CAB weep for joy! Almost made me weep when he just laid out a comprehensive list of people and agencies that could me in my predicament. Wow!! Thank you so much Prav! You have made this day worth of getting out of bed for, even though it is hugely painful doing so!
With all my illnesses I now feel as if there is/are people out there that can actually help me! Just Wow and thanks very much Prav!!
My mental health has just received an almighty boost!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾☺️

I received an email

I received an email, unprompted from yesenergy solutions saying,and I quote;500 pounds off you're energy bills;.......and To my amazement (I'm joking),I got nothing.
Well that's not strictly true.My only help from them was a referral to a citizen advice bureau in Plymouth.I live in Inverness,only about 700 miles away.They want to set up an appointment to see me.Its not even funny.

Staff have great empathy and are…

Staff have great empathy and are supportive and knowledegable. Unfortunately the only thing that I was eligible for was a £50 energy voucher but has gone towards my debt and also shows willingness to reduce it so that has been a big help in that respect. I was also sent an energy saving kit. Felt like I was getting a present! During the initial conversation with an advisor they asked about my home and asked about drafts so the pack contained draft excluding tape. Very grateful for that. I was also advised about solar panels and that the landlord would be eligible to have them installed for free due to me being on a very low income but this initiative will not be available until Jan 2027 I believe. During this call the advisor made an appt for an in depth assessment and this was useful also. I just want to say thank you.
