EXCELLENT COMPANY
I found Yard Direct to be an excellent company to deal with. I ordered Velux windows and blinds on a Friday and they were delivered the next Wednesday.
Their website is very good, the prices are the best, the staff really helpful and good communication.
What more could you ask for?

I am pleased that once we took a look at the email closer you could see the delivery dates on the ETA email. They are under the individual products in case products have different lead times which is quite often the case although it is not the case with your order.
I totally understand you cannot give a full review until the products arrive. We send review invitations at the point of order to review our service so far with things such as price, advice and website usability. We then send separate invitations to review the products.
I hope this all makes sense but if you have any further questions then please do get in touch. You can reach me Monday-Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 on the number I called from this morning.

Great price, but poor delivery from Velux
The online ordering process was easy and straightforward to follow. Unfortunately, Velux failed to show the full delivery address on their shipping label resulting in a failed delivery by Parcel Force. Fortunately I was able to use the tracking ID to contact Parcel Force and provide my full address for redelivery.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. I have looked into your order to understand the issue. Your order was placed on July 16th, just a day before your review. As noted, our lead times for Keylite products are typically 3-5 working days. We send automated feedback emails for customers to review the service provided during their purchasing process.
Our website is designed for retail purposes, and we collaborate with partner businesses offline to issue VAT invoices. Your order confirmation serves as your receipt of payment, and you will receive updates throughout the delivery process. Since it has now been two days, our system has issued an ETA for your order, and a member of our team will provide a VAT invoice, as you requested.
We are always striving to improve our service, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain and enhance the quality of our offerings.
We are glad to hear that everything has arrived now however and apologies for the slight misunderstanding.

Great Prices, great service
Found Yard whilst looking for a supplier for Velux roof windows. Found them to be a good deal cheaper than the direct Velux site. Easy to use web site to select products. I received a confirmation phone call next working day (I ordered online in the evening) advising delivery date. Was kept in touch with delivery confirmation (Unfortunately Velux's delivery company rescheduled to a day later than first advised but Yard were on it keeping me informed. Definitely recommend them.

I did a lot of research when looking for a replacement Velux skylight. All the good things I read about Yard Direct here on Trustpilot turned out to be true. They were extremely helpful with my initial product enquiries, the ordering process was painless and the delivery date was as promised. Add to that a very competitive price with an extra 5% discount. If it were possible to give more than five stars I would.
