AVOID ANY COMPANY USING THIS CARRIER
ZERO STARS. I ordered two pairs of contacts from Coleyes on October 3rd. On October 10th, this shipping company I have never heard of, Yanwen, claimed that my parcel was out for delivery. They have repeatedly lied to me, claiming it was 'out for delivery' for THREE days.
The seller, Coleyes (coleyes.com), tells me to check my local post office to see if they have it. Yesterday was Sunday, so that wasn't happening. I tried calling my post office and then I realized that today is Columbus Day, so they're closed all day today, too.
I checked on my order again using the app 17Track (another company I've never heard of before), per their instructions for tracking my order -- two companies I've never heard of -- seemed a bit shady to me. Suddenly the status on my order is 'NOT FOUND'.
I will never order from Coleyes ever again. If they give me my money back, great. If they don't, I'll make sure to let everybody I know (and then some, because we all know that stuff on the internet lives forever) how much they suck. To think I was going to make a much larger order; but since it was my first order, I didn't. I thought we'll see how it goes, see if it's a quality product, see how fast they ship, see if their customer service is worth anything, etc.
When I made the order, BTW, I was never made aware who was shipping it. If I had known BEFOREHAND that it wasn't one of the more reputable shipping services, I would never have bothered.
Regardless, depending on what they do next, I'll be back on here writing a review about them next. Because as of October 13, 2025, I am not at all impressed with them, either.
