They cheat customers by deliberately creating problems in customers devices and then demand money. The customer service is horrible especially zahira from the sales team and Prasad, manager in Hyderabad office. The CEO himself is least bothered as he didn't even respond to the email sent to him.

Hey Guys beware of this service. They mentioned that they use original parts but its the total local parts which they replace. I got my moto e5 plus screen replaced. after which i started feeling microphone issue. When i said that the as a part of screen replace ment engineer replaced the outer cabinet too which causes microphone to be disturbed, they say its not their fault and cut the call. after that they don't entertain the calls from me now. for a screen costing easily 1000-1500 rupees they charged 2400 rupees. so its complete fraud. Please go get the screen replaced from local shop at least you can have some body to catch if something happens to your phone.

I mentioned the order ID still won't get contacted and no engineer has visited since I have raised the concern. Their support team will speak you like they will care about you but it's totally not the case.

I am still waiting on the 4th day for their call back.

I trusted them(yaantra) and handed over my iphone 7 plus. I still regret that why did i even give my.mobile its been 12 days from the day when i handed over my mobile, so pathetic service it is. no proper communication, lack of response no time sense and much more. after when my mobile was taken away, i tried calling them but none of them responded to my call later i decided to call the person who picked my iphone and he was so impolite and said me not to call him instead to call the service center, i would agree for what he said but there was no proper contact number to call them. and after 12 days im getting a message from them that "we are waiting from your approval" just to diagnose the mobile they took 12 days and they had promised me that they will deliver it in 3 working days...each and every day im trying to call but there is genuine reply. im just bursting out, and today i called luckily they picked and i just said them " i just want my mobile back as soon as possible and in the same condition as it was taken" people i strongly insist please don't believe this yaantra.... one thing is for sure that im never gonna invite this problem again by using this service and i will also make sure people around me will also not use it..........
atleast make sure that you (yaantra) will deliver it as soon as possible and in the same condition as it was taken.... atleat that would be appreciated.....and there is always a limit of being patient but once if it is crossed it will be more worse.

i recently replaced my iPhone 6s+ screen with Yaantra staff name is Junaid Ansari who is really humble and experienced person.He replaced my phone screen in front of me in just 30 minutes. Happy with service and compare to market they are giving good rate with warranty. Keep it up Yaantra...

They are not just inefficient, but also not ready to take responsibility for the damage they have done. My request ID is 279402.I had sent my phone (OnePlus 5) to check the issue with screen brightness (could not reduce it) and microphone. After keeping the phone for a 3-4 days, Yaantra called me and informed me that they need to change the display, the mic, and the charging flex. I was surprised because there was nothing wrong with the charging flex and it was working fine. The quote they gave was also very high and I rejected the quote. Funny part, they were willing to negotiate and brought down the quote from INR 6500 to INR 5000. I still refused and asked them to return the phone.

Now, the very next day, the delivery person starts calling me and I was not home, and kept requesting him to bring it in the afternoon. After having the same conversation again and again, he came to meet me at around 3 PM, handed over the phone to me at my society and rushed away. I did not even get a chance to look at the phone, which was thoroughly packed in bubble wrap and a paper envelope. I checked the phone a day later, and what do I find? There is a CRACK on the screen.

There are no numbers to reach them. I left a review on Google stating the issue and they responded saying they will get in touch with me soon. And know what? They never contacted me. After waiting a couple of days, I called the person who delivered the phone to me. He gave me another number and asked me to get in touch with them. I called the other number and after calling them at least 5-10 times, I was able to reach a person called Danish who promised to check and get back to me.

I kept following up 3-4 times a day, calling Danish and asking him for an update. They NEVER called me. After 3-4 days, I called them again today, and they just shrugged off any responsibilities they had. They just said it was sent back in the same condition I had sent it to them.

I trusted these people, and what I get in return is bad customer service, lack of responsibility, and I also ended up ruining my phone. Nobody is even ready to purchase the phone now. They called me thrice a day when they had to sell their services and when I had an issue (an issue that they created), they stopped calling and finally just shrugged off all responsibility.

I need help in resolving this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. And I do know I will never ever use their services again and ensure that none of my friends do either.

Just got the delivery, first service was not good enough then again they took for servicing. Good service, seems to be problem resolved but i need to use for few hours or days at least to say if the quality is really good, which is why giving 4 star

I didnt have a good experience with Yaantra, my repair ID : 279412 in which My iphone's battery and charging port was supposed to be replaced, but neither was done, and to make matters worse, the tech engineer dropped my phone and cracked the screen, he appologised profusely and said next day he'll come with all 3 parts(charging port, battery and screen) and replace them. Next day I called him, and he said that someone else has been assigned the repair job so its not upon him now.
