Gave mobile phone for LCD display change on 26/05 - in 2 days, they called to check whether back cover also needs to be changed. After that, no update, none of the call centre numbers are correct or working, even the ones mentioned in the bill is incorrect. Pathetic. Service personnel who called me in 15 mins since I raised a request to book a repair, is not responding to any of the calls, The pick up person, who picked up the phone within 2 hrs from booking a repair, is not responding as well. I am very concerned about whether we will get the phone back or not. Unable to reach Yaantra - hyderabad through any of the means.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY DEVISE TO YAANTRA ON 19/05/2020 AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ONLY TWO DAYS TO GET IT DONE AND AFTER TWO DAYS THEY MADE A PHONE CALL AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE TWO MORE DAYS AND ON THE SAME DAY PERSON FROM YAANTRA CALLS AND ASKS FOR PASSWORD SAYING YOUR PHONE IS REPAIRED AND SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE PHONE IS REPAIRED AND WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY 27/05/2020 AND TODAY ITS 28/05/2020 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEVICE
WHEN I WAS TRYING TO CALL THEM THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY CALL I HAVE EVEN WRITTEN AN EMAIL NO RESPONSE WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE TIME

Worst Service at all! they will produce wrong information and wrong time frame for your mobile repairing and once you will submit your mobile to Yaantra, they will only increase delivery date.

Initially they promised me to repair my mobile on same day then they give me 1-2 days of time and then 2-3 days of Time and then now 4-5 days. Now these days mobile is an important assest for your personal and professional life. Even your important data store into your mobile so i must say your personal important data is not safe into Yaantra guys. Must say they are theif.

Here is my Request ID - 292909 so that you can better understand that I was your genuine customer but your team didn't provide me service as p[er commitment. Basically I got safe by big damage as I was returned my phone back.

Very bad response from Yantra team .
When they have to collect Ur device they will immediately do this part ,but the time taken by them to repair Ur device and send it back to you this will take more than 10 days .A normal repair has to been on my device ,on suggestion of one of my friend I called Yantra and give them my device they collected the device on same day but remaining part is just disgusting .the staff totally denied any help ,they just talk to executive but didn't provide any numbers where to talk
In my case there r two concerns miss Savitha Jha and Varsha VK Bangalore division they totally ignored my all requests and denied any further assistance and even switch off their devices . this is eleventh day and I have not received my phone back they told me on 14 may Ur Device is out for delivery but I didn't know what is reason that I have not received any information about my device

Fúk this yaantra service! I gave my phone for repairing. Took them 7 days to repair. It wasn't that a big issue to repair too . I just used my phone 2 days after they repair my phone ! Now my phone is not working again! Thrash service!! Never trust this yaantra!! It's all búllsht..

During Covid you are providing the door step service, where the whole nation is house arrest and unable to go outside. Great guys....!!! These executive and engineer know what they’re doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly relaxed way. Not only the service experts are fast even the service price also best. My friend recommended me and I’m passing this on.

One of the worst companies ever. Being an ex employee I know how these guys operate. At least 95% of the 5 star reviews are from existing employees and fake IDs. Marketing team is hired to do visit review websites and write fake reviews. Then they are fired and the next set of people are hired...and the cycle continues. Employees are forced to work for longer than the hours mandated by the HRD and they are not paid for the extra hours too. With that kind of a work ethic imagine what they would be doing to the phones that come in for repair.

Looking at the reviews I’m glad that the reality is coming out. Unethical company of the highest order.

Don't use yantra you are just told that the first services are gonna be free and the additional damages Of the phone will be charged, but ultimately you don't get any thing done they are gonna charge you higher price for the damages which was not believable though so I denied and got back my phone which was firstly wrongly delivered again I told them abt the wrong phone and got my phone back and I got in a worst situation than before highly disappointed.... From yantra and not recommended.

Everything was good.But i find price of the screen on higher side.
Service by the executive parwinder was excellently

10 days passed since i submitted my google nexus 7 2013 tablet for screen replacement. When i call them they never talk to me and put me on hold or transfer my calls to nothing. They never call me no one ia helping or telling me where my tablet is. I am forced to complain about them in police and file a consumer complaint in the court of law. Also for repairing charge of 2000 inr they demand 3600 inr so they are expensive as compared to the market. Dont use there services stay alert and stay away from yaantra.com

I went through many posts on internet stating how they change orignal parts of your phone and install fake parts. Stay away from this company.

It was very good. A person is very polite, good knowledge, overall experience was very good for me. I am very happy with his service.

I availed their mobile repair service. Technician was Manoj. He was really an expert and did the repair in 15 min. Really happy with the service. Thanks

First of all don't ever use yantra services just don't use them. I gave my iPhone 6 for hardware. They pursued me for display replacement. They never told me which parts are they changing from hardware everyone was giving different answers and then the mobile arrived with so called new original display from Apple with 4 major scratches and infinite minor.The device was roughed up with additional dents and broken sides.
I called them for the same and they told me it's your fault for not checking your phone while taking the delivery.
Just don't use this deceiving service if you care about your phone.
