Horrible customer service and product quality
Horrible customer service and mediocre products. Rather than actually trying to assist their paying customers, XP Pen's customer service agents will deny the existence of any problem you encounter. Upon receiving my tablet, I had a few minor issues that I hoped would be an easy fix. I provided evidence of said issues but their support agent told me they didn't see the very visible issues I had and immediately ended the conversation. I had shown the issues to some other people and they all immediately agreed with my concerns, so I have no idea why the customer service agent would respond like that. Not a great first impression!
I just gave up and decided to look up Youtube tutorials because XP Pen has one of the most useless FAQ sections I have ever seen from a company. It's also not a good sign when random internet users provide more information about a product than the company selling them.
A couple of months into using my tablet, I have encountered many glitches that should not be occurring with a product this expensive. That combined with the lacking customer service has given me more trouble than I would have ever expected from a company I had previously only heard rave reviews from.
The tablet is very nice to draw on and on paper is definitely an upgrade over my previous one, but the constant glitches are a headache I should not have to deal with considering how much I paid for it. Honestly, that's the only reason this company gets another star from me. I'll keep this tablet until I need a new one, but I will not be supporting XP Pen with my money in the future.

Ho dovuto purtroppo chiederne la sostituzione a causa del fatto che non supportava l'aggiornamento del sistema operativo a Android 14. L'assistenza è stata veloce, gentile e disponibile e mi hanno proposto la sostituzione gratuita.

Ho comprato Xp pen magic pad, purtroppo dopo un mese mi è caduto per terra e mi si è rotto lo schermo. L’assistenza é stata molto buona, mi hanno fatto sostituire il mio tablet con uno nuovo a un costo adeguato. Rispondono sempre puntuali.
Il tablet per le funzionalità che mi servivano mi piace ed è veloce.

I am writing this review as a final attempt to get a response regarding my order #2601210337558473. My purchase is significantly overdue, and the lack of communication from XP-Pen is completely unacceptable for a brand of this size.
I require this item to be delivered by the end of this week (Friday, January 30th). If I do not receive a concrete tracking update and a guaranteed delivery date within the next 24 hours, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute/chargeback through my payment provider to secure a full refund.
I am done waiting for automated replies. I expect a human representative to resolve this immediately.
Awful service for such an awful product.
Bought a Magic Drawing Pad after reading the reviews and believing it was legit. Turned out I can’t even use Clip Studio Paint on it properly: for some reason when I turn stabilization up to 30 (which I need for drawing outlines smoothly) it for some reason “animates” the drawing lines as if the lines are falling right on the canvas, making it look like an attempt to appear more “aesthetic” when in reality a truly useless feature. I bought this off their UK branch so I had my right as a UK citizen to get a full refund but the woman I contacted tried to fob me saying they “don’t accept full refunds”. After sending them full proof of my rights and even documenting the conversation I was promised a full refund and posted the tablet to them. But they’re so awful at communicating they said in their own words that it would take “several working days” (no specific amounts). Such appalling service, will not be buying anything with their brand name on it again.
XP innovator 16 disfonctionne et SAV fuyant
J'ai acquis une XP innovator 16 et elle ne fonctionne plus juste après la fin de garantie. J'ai demandé au SAV s'ils pouvaient me fournir un câble pour voir si c'était cela le soucis. Ils ont décliné en m'indiquant que ce n'était pas le cable le problème mais la tablette. Je leur ai demandé plus d'informations alors sur la panne qu'ils "identifiaient" de manière si formelle à distance, pour éventuellement voir ce que je pouvais faire réparer et le SAV m'a juste indique que "c'est une panne rare" sans me donner d'indications techniques et précises. J'ai très peu utilisé cette tablette, et cela est très décevant qu'elle ne fonctionne plus avec si peu d'utilisation pour le prix investi. Je pensais acquérir une marque fiable mais ce n'est pas le cas, j'ai perdu cet investissement trop rapidement.
Le SAV n'est pas aidant. Vous perdez votre argent et votre temps.

Commande expédiée depuis la Chine plutôt que la France comme indiqué lors de l'achat.
Lors de l'achat sur le site internet xppen, il était indiqué "expédition depuis la France" et "livraison sous 2 à 3 jours ouvrés".
Au final article expédié depuis la Chine et toujours pas arrivé une semaine après.
Le service client m'a initialement dit que cela serait en expédié depuis l'Allemagne mais qu'un problème technique avait résulté en une expédition depuis la Chine.
Très déçu car l'origine de l'expédition et la durée de livraison étaient un facteur de choix.
Maintenant la tablette n'arrivera très probablement pas pour Noël

Switching between usb c cables and other cables to try get it to work till it eventually just became an expensive 4k 3rd screen. Have now scrapped it and bought the intuos pro large. If you buy this from Amazon or Best Buy, it’s faster and much less stressful. There’s no issue with unanswered messages like on the XP-Pen website.
I ordered directly from the website because ChatGPT suggested it might include a better warranty. However, after entering my credit card, the payment automatically switched to PayPal and showed a Chinese company name, which made me think I had been scammed and lost my money at first.
Shipping took from November 27 to December 16, which is quite long compared to other retailers.
In the end, I did receive the product, but I haven’t tested it yet, so I can’t comment on performance or quality.

Abbiamo provato con canvas ma sembra difficile, il sito stesso nemmeno ti collega al sito canvas, bisogna iscriversi su altri siti tipo Steam da lì chiede un codice, un vero caos, dopo 4 ore ancora non sono riuscita a disegnare...

Livraison rapide de la tablette, mais elle a commencé à buguer au bout d’une semaine. Après avoir envoyé une vidéo du problème, le service après-vente m’a demandé de la retourner pour en recevoir une nouvelle. Malheureusement, le service après-vente a été déplorable : deux mois d’attente, malgré mes relances quotidiennes, mes messages aux États-Unis et mes avis laissés sur Facebook, avant d’obtenir enfin une réponse de leur part ! C’était un IA qui me répondait automatiquement ! J’ai reçu enfin une nouvelle tablette mais c’est grâce à mon anarchnement et à mes menaces de plainte par e-mail. Je déconseille fortement

VORSICHT!!!! Der Artikel kam. Bezahlt per Paypal. Eine Rechnung kam leider nicht und wurde auch nach mehrmaligen Anfragen verweigert. Angeblich wurde der Artikel nicht bezahlt. Also keine Garantie, kein Absetzen bei der Steuer. Ich würde die Finger von diesen Artikeln lassen.

das Gerät funktioniert nur mit Kabel. Leider kann man das Gerät nicht mit der drei Sekunden Prozedur einschalten. Der Pairing Modus funktioniert zwar aber ich kann es nicht mit meinem Computer koppeln. Auf keine meine beiden Emails reagiert jemand. Ich bin gespannt wie die Rückgabe funktioniert. Auch wenn der Preis gut ist, sollte es funktionieren.

Really happy with the XP-Pen Artist 16 (2nd Gen). The screen feels smooth and natural to draw on, and the pen is super responsive with no lag. Great value for the price!

Suite à un retour d'une tablette graphique faite en respectant tout ce que le service client demandait je n'ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles, pas de remboursement. Mes mails de relances rejetés ("undelivered") le seul numéro de téléphone disponible en France injoignable ( sonnerie stridente et c'est tout). Après presque 4 mois, je suis dans une procédure aidée par ma banque qui n'aboutira peut être pas. Donc un service client désastreux et qui aboutit à des pratiques plus que douteuses ( "vol par négligence..."?)

Ordered a drawing tablet from here for my daughter but she decided she wanted a different model that she also ordered from this company hence I had to return the original item which I did all unopened and in perfect condition. Had to pay £20 of my own money to send back as they wanted it tracked so they have received item but no refund on the horizon communication is sporadic at best and no sign of any refund even the phone number on their emails doesn't work so slowly giving up hope of ever getting my £260 back .so today 12th August i have my refund so thank you
Too busy to process refund for product they sell but dont have.
I bought a stylus. Delivery time 7-14 days. 7 days later received an email saying they dont have it, and will refund. Back and forth for over the week - still saying refund not processed as they are busy. Followed up - another week until they will be able to process refund.
Went to the point where I just disputed payment through my bank, as they kept saying they are too busy to refund.
