Quite complicated and bureaucratic.
Money has still not been received back.
Time-line of one week after delivery is much too short as it takes more than a week for the transport company to react.
Ober all, this service needs adjustment!

The initial live agent was awesome and gave me all the information necessary to process my claim. However, the automated questions did not exactly fit my circumstance, so I would recommend greater variety to capture more scenarios (ie: delivered to wrong address). The refund process was straight forward, but signing the attenuation was confusing a bit. Lastly, it was hard to find out whom to file a claim with (had to obtain from vendor). Perhaps include information in the original purchase/ send to customer with email. All in all, a smooth experience.

Denied claim or more like denied i even payed , so i bought from gravastar and my package never came or was stolen off my front porch sadly as i live in a high foot traffic area . Prior to purchasing i contacted grava star to cancel order as i forgot to add seels worry free protection service . They told me they were able to add it before shipping if i wanted to do that instead and i said yes , they proceeded to send me a invoice for seels charge which btw APPEARS IN MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS as well as in shipping info both on gravastar site and shop . I got into contact with them and they said there wasnt anything linked to my order and to send proof to their email with pictures of invoice , charge and emails between me and gravastar . So i sent them and they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do because and i quote “ this order isn't currently recognized as having Seel service, even though you believe you paid for it.“ LMAO they asked me to send proof which i did and shows ON MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR THEIR SERVICE and yet they claim i didnt with clear proof . So now im out what i ordered as well as my money :( thank you seels for the great help

Made purchasing worry free that if for any reason the item didnt work. I will be more eager to purchase with this guarantee in place.

This was my first experience with Seel. I found Seel fantastic and very understanding regarding my missing parcel. I was awarded a refund right away.

The insurance service that this company provides for parcels is a huge benefit. I was able to recover the cost of an item they was damaged in shipping that I had worries about.

Still not received my refund and iv emailed these r saying the same old stuff

Immediate response and resolution

I was not impressed at all with Seel’s “worry free” insurance — the name is honestly laughable.

From the start, there were issues with tracking numbers and communication. It made me question whether this is some kind of scam between Seel and Ever Pretty.

After I submitted my claim, all my items were sitting in the self-service portal, yet I was told I hadn’t even purchased the insurance. I had to upload proof of my receipt clearly showing the “Worry Free Purchase,” and even then, I was left waiting for it to be verified.

The whole process was incredibly frustrating. The self-service portal didn’t work properly, and no one seemed willing to help. The online chat team told me to email support, and the email team told me to use the chat — just going in circles.

I also couldn’t upload all my items at once and had to do it in two separate submissions. After the first claim was approved and they agreed to a refund for a lost parcel, I was then asked to provide even more evidence that I hadn’t received it. Not sure why I had to do this after you had already agreed to cover the refund of the first item.

The system is clunky, confusing, and completely unhelpful. It honestly feels like it’s designed to be so awkward that people just give up. After a lot or worry and stress, i did receive the refund for the items missing, but am still short of the shipping costs etc! DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEL OR EVER PRETTY!!! I reckon most of these reviews are fake and AI generated as I cannot Imagine how you get this good rating!
