Item arrived quickly, however wasn't happy with the scooter size so requested a refund only to find out I had to pay for returning the item. Obviously not the cheapest postage considering the size and weight. The website could/should be more transparant about the customer having to pay to return. Not happy with this at all and will not purchase from you again in the future.

Great price and fast postage

Go kart order lost in transit , Evri found it but continued to return back to sender. Customer services could not divert it back to me.
Customer services ordered a replacement, no offer of express delivery despite it being a birthday gift, 20 mins later received an email to say it was out of stock and they would process a refund. 3 days on still have no received the refund. Will never use them again. Communication awful, I had to keep ringing them, automated emails back.

Received several emails saying my item has been dispatched. Checked the tracking and it said that courier company Evri were still waiting for the package. I rang up and they gave me a refund for the item which will take 5 days to come through, they can’t send me out the item and I won’t receive the refund till after my sons birthday. What a total waste of time! So upset that I didn’t receive my item or a replacement
