The transaction took much too long to complete. 5 days in this age is like a century. Not acceptable. Period. No matter what the excuses are.

Sent money then after 3 days of no correspodance had to phone to find out what was happening only to be told that the transfer had not been done so had to wait longer to get my money very dissapointing.

Whilst we try to process transfers as quickly as possible, sometimes the bank who receives your money might need more time to process the transaction.
At this stage in the process, we’d recommend that the recipient contacts the receiving bank for an update.

The new app is harder to use
The new app is awful. I used to be able to swap easily between currencies that I commonly use but today I appeared to be stuck with a base currency of VND at the top of the screen and no way to change it - everything else was related to that. I had to reload the app and pick GBP but now that's stuck at the top as a base and I don't always want to use that. Switching around before was so easy. Please change it back!

The transfer took place very quickly
The transfer took place very quickly. I was disappointed though that I didn't receive. email notification that the transaction had taken place. Also now there is a fee for transfers which wasnt the case when I first started using XE

I have asked the person I sent the…
I have asked the person I sent the money too to let me know when he received it in his bank account and so far he has not confirmed that it is in his bank account.this is concerning because Xe has let me know that the money has been received by the Chiang Mai bank.

It was easy to make transfer
It was easy to make transfer. Also it was very quick for the money to turn up in recipients bank.
The only think I might add is that your exchange rate changes twice before actual transfer which is rather disappointing. When compared with other international money transfer sites the exchange rate was not as good but I know I can trust XE.

within a few hours of my money reaching…
within a few hours of my money reaching Xe it had landed in my recipients account. That included the time taken by the recipients bank.
