The worst experience and customer…
The worst experience and customer service. They had been calling me to start using their app. And when i did, they deducted money from my account but the transfer did not go through, i tried to following up, this was their response through their support.
"We are busy assisting clients as fast as possible. We have forwarded your matter to our relevant team. We have not received a response as of yet. Once we receive a response, we will notify you by email. We need to allow our relevant team to review this matter. We do not recommend to continue to follow up with this via chat or Whatsapp as it takes it away from our relevant team so we can communicate with you and then the timeframe starts over again each"
Basically asking me to sop following up and bothering them. Transfer at your own risk.
