Wright Marshall Arvostelua

I recently used Wright Marshall as acting Estate Agents for the sale of my property in Nantwich. I could not speak highly enough of Louise and Lauren, both did an excellent job during the fast track sale, informative, helpful, bright and cheerful throughout a very stressful period. A big thank you to you both, l would not hesitate in recommending Wright Marshall.

Thank you to the staff from Wright Marshall who helped make our moving day so stress free. We moved from outside the area and on arrival Louise chased the solicitor so we were able to collect the keys for our new home by 1pm. The team were very proactive throughout the moving process.

Jack was brilliant. So helpful and always there with any queries we had

We had arranged a viewing for a property and we waited at the property no agent turned up. We called and they said the house was now under offer so all viewings were cancelled. They didn’t both to tell us. The person on the phone claimed they had called left a message and sent an email none lf which we received! They had our correct details as they read them back to me when I arranged the viewing! Poor customer service

What a shambles this whole experience was with Louise and her team. Massively over promised and massively under delivered. No follow up on visits, early turn ups and no contact to re-arrange, no contact with customers after visits (couldn't get hold of them apparently?) visits made with buyers who left damage, broken pictures, moved items - agents said they had no idea and blamed us. No weekly chasing of our buyers (who was also one of their clients too) when asked about slow progress, blamed the stamp duty deadline and they couldn't help us, total surprise (although I don't actually buy this) when our sale fell through due to legal issues on our buyers sale - if they were chasing both sales they would have known that as the issue went on for three months, but we were made to feel like we were the problem for actually daring to ask for regular updates against periods of no information being exchanged between solicitors. When we tried to exit the agency agreement that is when Louise went into over drive (shame she didn't show that level of engagement during our agreement) when we got threats of compensation, holding us to the exit period and then saying that she was disappointed with us!! Left feeling totally frustrated, underwhelmed and blamed. This week we got an extensive list of customers from Louise that if we sold to them through another agent she would want 'remuneration' - this list was over 20 people although only 5 walked through the door. Beware the sunny show - it is all that is a show and you will be left frustrated. Shameful.

Debs has been really helpful when we were looking to move closer to Nantwich. She really knows her stuff, and she has given us a clearer knowledge of what we’re looking for. Thank you Debs.

Absolutely first class service from all the helpful friendly staff.
Would recommend this branch to any prospective client.
Have only been in bungalow for 2 hours and already feel at home.
Thanks to all the staff
Regards
Richard

Definitely 5 STARS. A special thank you to Deborah , excellent and efficient service and couldn’t be more helpful.

Debbie has been so helpful and insightful with my relocation. I feel she really listened to my needs and showed me a host of properties in my price point. A pleasure to deal with.

Jack was fantastic from start to finish during our first home-buying experience. From his friendly and professional demeanor while showing us around the house to the reliable and consistent communication he maintained throughout the entire process, he was a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend this estate agency—they go above and beyond.

Louise and her team at Wright Marshall in Nantwich are lovely to deal with, completely approachable and provide a service second to none. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Louise and her wonderful team. Our move experience took a long time due to us having specific needs for our new home and area. From first contact, through visits, viewings, phone calls and meetings we could not have found a more reliable, helpful, supportive, friendly, efficient and professional team. Louise, your staff are a credit to you and you are a credit to Wright Marshall. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done to help us. We thoroughly recommend you all.

What a pleasure dealing with these Estate agents. We didn't buy through them, but on our journey to find our perfect house nothing was too much.
Thank you so much!!

The team and Wright Marshall were fantastic. Diane in particular took the time to go above and beyond, being so helpful from our initial enquiry and through to the final completion of the sale.

Highly recommended. The team makes the house selling process very easy. Customer service is first class, thank you so much.

Friendly team, very experienced. Kept us in touch at every step , quick to jump on calls and chase up when problems occurred, speaking to other vendors, buyers, solicitors etc for us.
Full end to end ownership and service for our sale.
Would recommend the Nantwich team for anyone looking to sell in the area .

Great Estate Agent from the start of the process handled by Louise, to the viewings coordinated by Deborah, to the sale and completion process handled by the excellent Hannah. This excellent team took the majority of the stress out of a stressful process. Thank you Wright Marshall Nantwich.

We recently bought a property using Wright Marshall and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Great viewings arranged at times to suit as (as we were relocating), absolutely first class staff in Diane and Erin in the office. Frankly they did notre to get the sale of my own property over the line than my own agent. Would highly recommend. A special thanks to Diane for all you hard work!

Hannah has been fantastic start to finish and wasn’t even our estate agent selling our house, she was acting on behalf of the seller.
If we ever come to sell she’s the person I would be instructing!
Throughout the whole process she kept us informed and supported with additional viewings that were always short notice :)
She’s a true asset to Wright Marshall and even though buying and selling properties can be stressful she’s made it so easy.
Thanks Hannah & Wright Marshall!
