Wren Kitchens - Romford Arvostelua 16

I ordered a fitted bedroom from Wren, and the team were very helpful and kept me informed throughout. The staff were amazing, and the fitter, Antony, was even better. He completed the whole room in a day, and it was a lot of wardrobes. He worked hard, and still managed to be friendly, professional, and very helpful. Wren delivered the wardrobes on the Monday, the delivery man were friendly and helpful putting the wardrobes where I asked. Anthony fitted the wardrobes on Tuesday with no fuss, and the rubbish collection company collected today (Thursday) The whole thing could have not run more smoothly.
No complaints from me, only 5 stars.

We ordered our L-shaped fitted wardrobe with Wren, and our customer service agent who helped design the wardrobe, Terry from the Romford branch, was absolutely amazing. He gave us time to think about what we actually wanted, was happy to take us back to the shop floor several times to check on designs and details before making decisions and was so patient when I changed the colour a few times! He always did it with a smile. The order came on time and the two lovely delivery drivers took all of the heavy items upstairs as promised, it was a hard task! We had a piece of the bedside table missing but the customer service team sent the missing part promptly. We are really happy with the quality and design of our wardrobe, we chose the Georgian design in the mushroom colour with gold ribbed effect handles, we love it! What helped us to also buy with Wren was the fact that they do interest free credit. The only stressful thing for us was to find our own fitters as Wrens fitting service were quite pricey. We would have preferred wrens fitters but managed to find people who charged much less and did the job to a decent standard. Overall we are really happy with Wrens quality of product and service. Thank you Terry! Key tip, don't rush the order, give yourself time to think about what you want. Go back and look at designs until you are completely happy. We paid a small deposit to secure the sale price and Terry regularly checked and informed us when our design had a better offer. Also I compared the quality and price with an independent supplier, I believe what we paid for the product and design was quite competitive. Hope this review helps!

I was kept informed from the moment I placed my order and given exact date of delivery and a time slot. The drivers Rob and John were very efficient and friendly. All went very smoothly. Thank you.

I’m very pleased with my visit to Wren Kitchens, my first approach with Rehul Patel kitchen designer even made it more welcoming, his first words were I’m here to solve a problem. My old kitchen didn’t meet my needs anymore but Rehul took his time to take us through different options, he was very calm, patient and understanding, it was like he could read our minds with his expertise he came up with a good design, appliances, worktop, etc more like a bespoke kitchen. Rehul is very creative and he carries you along each step of the journey that makes you feel confident in their service. I’m so happy with my new kitchen, thank you Wren Kitchens for providing Rehul I highly recommend his professionalism keep it up.

This review will be live as we went to Romford branch with Disheel who was excellent - very patient so him highly recommended. Then the delivery oh dear! Lots of moans and groans about the time they get (not my issue). Finally got it upstairs (we are having bedroom and utility room done) damage to stairs and wall. Our house is 200yrs old so low ceilings - we warned them. Now need to decorate. Fitter due tomorrow. Hadn’t heard so texted - guess what? His other job wasn’t finished so he’s going there.be at mine Tuesday. Absolutely no communication so not impressed. So delivery drivers 2 star Disheel would be a 4/5 fitter so far 1 star. Watch this space for an update.

Great experience with Wren Kitchens. The design was excellent by Sandeep Singh; he was very patient, showing all the different options, accommodating my many changes and answering all my questions. Delivery was spot on; one item was missing, but it was replaced quickly with no fuss.

The transport team arrived on time ( to be precise a few minutes before time stated). Rob & John partially secured the plastic on the floor and brought up the units carefully to 2nd floor and placed the packages in the designated area. They double checked all the packages and discovered the drawer cutlery insert is missing.

Kitchen designed by wren, installed by wren, one big problem the cupboard around the gas boiler is too small. So British Gas cannot access the gas boiler so they have condemned a brand new gas boiler as unsafe because they can’t access it. You make appointments with wren to come round and resolve the problem and they don’t turn up. Just got an email saying everything has been resolved and am I happy this company is a joke. No i am not happy I have a gas boiler that cannot be used because wren can’t measure how big a cupboard should be.

The service from start to fonish with Chandresh was seamless. From entering Wren kitchens in Xmas 2024 and getting our kitchen wax one of the best days for me. I cant THANKYOU enough for a brilliant service.

He was thoroughly professional in the kitchen design and it was easy dealing with someone who knew the Wren programme design on there computer , inside and out .
He could not have been more helpful, would definitely recommend Wren , a 5 Star service .

Visited their branch on A12, Luke helped me alot and after checking every other company Wren was the cheapest for Fitted Wardrobe, only issue you have to have your own installer

Outstanding service from our sales person Sandeep would definitely recommend him nothing was to much for him especially that he had to deal with my wife 😄 we love our kitchen. Unit's are to high quality standard would definitely recommend and give wren 5 stars thank you.

Professional design and service from Suvijak Klongjing (Ken) at Wren Kitchens.

From start to finish, my experience with Wren Kitchens was fantastic and a big part of that was thanks to Suvijak Klongjing, also known as Ken.
Ken was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped guide me through the design with patience and great attention to detail. His expertise and eye for design really brought the kitchen to life.

I highly recommend asking for Ken. His dedication, friendly attitude, and professionalism truly made all the difference. Thank you, Ken, for helping.

I had my kitchen designed by Sandeep from the Romford showroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he redesigned it at least 3 times! Who knew your life couldn’t be complete without an integrated bin ! The cashmere Matt is a beautiful neutral tone and I love my new kitchen. Thank you Sandeep!

If I could turn back time, I’d have gone with Wickes.

I’ve waited three years to write this review because you only truly discover the quality of a kitchen after you’ve lived with it. Unfortunately, my experience has been a slow-motion disaster.

Let’s start with the flooring, which I later learned from the manufacturer should never have been installed in a flat like mine. That led to a year-long ordeal and, eventually, a full refund. I'm going to have to find someone to put down a whole new floor for me. But the problems didn’t stop there.

Shelving wasn’t properly installed and sagged badly. When I was sent a replacement, it was so huge and heavy I nearly gave myself a hernia trying to fit it, and they refused to send help. Cabinet edging peeled off. A handle fell off and can’t be reattached. Several cupboard doors have bubbled and delaminated. The plinths fall off because they were never properly clipped in. The list goes on.

During installation, customer service vanished. Items were mismeasured and wouldn’t fit up my staircase, which should have been a basic consideration in a flat. Worst of all, the installer, who unironically called himself “the best builder in the world,” bolted cabinets straight through into my living room, leaving me with wall damage I now have to fix at my own expense. His idea of a solution was to smear some Polyfilla over the holes and walk away. It looks awful but after paying for this kitchen I can't afford a completely new living room yet.

I’ve just raised some of these issues again, but honestly, I should have gone with Wickes. They did my very complicated bathroom last year and were absolutely superb. This kitchen is a costly disappointment I have to live with every single day. My advice - choose Wickes.

Avoid this company at all costs. We have paid for a kitchen renovation with wren. If your property isn't ready for the 'dry fit' the installer will nominate traders of their choosing that wren ARE NOT LIABLE FOR. The installer has had cowboy builders turn up to do just our kitchen walls that's has taken TWO WEEKS, installer provided no support or oversaw the work done during the two weeks. MULTIPLE NO SHOWS AND CONSTANT BROKEN PROMISES.

kitchen walls are complete Tuesday this week after not turning Up Monday. Installer didn't show up Wednesday didn't show up Thursday and is now ghosting us Friday. That's 4 working days lost, 2/3 last week and another 2/3 week before by the plasterer. So in all we've lost 1.5 weeks due to negligence and poor professionals. I had to oversee the work on the walls as installer did nothing during their two weeks of work by his nominated firm, didn't check if they turned up or even the standard of work until end of week two after raising this to him. To top it off he stated he won't be using them again, great to know but doesn't change the shit show for the last two weeks. Absolute worst decision using wren. We was informed this would be a 2 week job, its now over 3 weeks without a single wren package opened. Emailed the store to contact me, no response. Called the installation department and they offered no help as they are not liable.

Outside of service provided by the installer and their chosen firm to carry out 'extras' A countertop arrived extremely warped, installer orders a replacement but wrong countertop arrived. New one hasn't even been ordered as per installation departments call today.
