Very professional and polite surveyor (O. Firouzia) who arrived on time, took his shoes off and asked permission to take photos. Zero complaints!

AVOID WRENS -Absolute disgrace I have issues with my kitchen and they are after chapter and verse to fix some simple warping of the units happy to take your money but not fix any issues

Samuel was most helpful in trying to explore all options available to help resolve our kitchen door issue under warranty.

L Barrington came to survey our kitchen. He was lovely and it was an absolute pleasure to chat to him. Very polite gentleman. He only had a few questions about where relevant things were in the kitchen; boiler, stop tap etc. aside from that I left him to crack on, he was very quick and obviously knew what he was doing.

The gentleman from Wren was very polite. He identified himself and explained what he was going to do and what would follow after his visit.

Item missing from order that we didn’t realise until fitting wardrobe doors . I couldn’t order on the app but Kay got it sorted , great service

Couldn’t recommend Stephen Kelso at Wren Ayr Branch enough! From start to finish he was brilliant, listened to exactly what we wanted and had so much patience with all our changes and questions 😂

Nothing was ever too much bother and he helped us create a kitchen we absolutely love. Seeing it all finally come together has been amazing and it’s exactly what we pictured for our home 🤍

this is actually a second review, i already wrote a 4 star review when the kitchen was partially installed. at that time, i was 4 star satisfied - things have changed.
mostly, my 1 star relates to the total lack of communication and resolution to outstanding issues.
i was recently expecting delivery of a couple of outstanding items - which would have been my 3rd delivery.
i was expecting delivery between 7 and 8am following their text. i got a text at 5.18am on the day telling me delivery would be within the hour - a bit early but no problem, i was home and awake. after endless waiting there was no delivery - and no communication, i clicked on a link in the text to see they weren't coming. to then add to the frustration i received an email saying 'case resolved' the next day as they hadn't heard from me in a week.
firstly, how has my delivery, which was the first of the day, not been attempted? i know it wasn't attempted because i received no phone call from the drivers - they call when you are the next delivery.
secondly how can the case be closed when they know they haven't delivered the items? so, no contact at all from them about the missed delivery apart from an email telling me that the case is closed and a line drawn under it. i have replied to the 'case closed' email and have heard nothing back in 4 days.
since then i have discovered via the plumber that one of the sinks is missing a waste kit. in fairness wren don't know about this issue but what is the point of contacting them about it? even if they agreed to rectify the issue the wait would be too long and then it probably wouldn't arrive.
i've had tradesmen booked in to fit the bits i should have had or that should have arrived and i've had to cancel them or get them to do something else.
the kitchen may or may not be ok - too early to say, we still haven't been able to use it but i can say for sure i don't really want to use wren at any point in the future.
not everything about my kitchen struggles have been wrens fault but the bits that were their fault were avoidable and despite some good customer service over the phone the bottom line is they haven't delivered - literally and figuratively.

Had a large kitchen from Wrens 4 years ago. Had a few issues with the paintwork over time on the doors. After several replacement doors, Wren decided to replace all the doors. We had excellent service from Donna in customer services. Just waiting for the new doors to arrive now so we can get on and enjoy the lovely kitchen.

The delivery drivers were very polite and respectful of my property. I could not have wished for better delivery drivers. Well done guys much appreciated. A++++++

M Rennolds arrived on time and was very friendly and professional throughout. We where given an explanation for the measuring process clearly and it was quick with also having time for our questions to be answered about the next steps in the kitchen process. M Rennolds was very polite, approachable and had a great, friendly attitude throughout. We were very pleased with the service.

C Tulip came over to my house to measure up for our bedroom. Made the process easy and didn't take long.

Lee was amazing, super friendly and efficient with what he was doing.
He helped us with any questions we asked and made us clear with where to go if he didnt have the answers.

Jamie and Jake (J Lane) did the countertop fitting for our kitchen. Hope I’ve got their names right. What a great couple of guys! They did the job to perfection and with good humour the whole way through. They were absolute pros and deserve all the praise they can get. Thanks very much to both!
