Great infra, and best in class support !

I recently switched to Worldstream and must say I absolutely love it.

Support is a 10/10, supporters are very kind + responses in less than <8 minutes!

The Server Performance is also a 10/10! My Server I ordered is amazing, and I am really satisfied with it! :)

The support team is very prompt. I needed a server upgrade shortly after provisioning a new server, and they got it done in rather short time. I wasn't expecting such promptness.

Good support in implementing a necessary update of VMware ESXi, realistic planning and adequate responses.

After a reboot, the server stopped responding. I contacted the technical support of the data center. The problem was solved in half an hour. During this time, technical support staff found the problem and changed the Linux kernel. This way I didn't have to re-install and configure the software on the server. It would take a long time. I spent 569 euros on 4 dedicated servers, world stream never provide me any server and closed my account and they said to me to open a refund dispute on paypal and i did it, 1 month after paypal declined my disput because the trasactions is ineligible for paypal purchase protection, and world stream dont want to give me the refund , please be careful with this company, full of scamers!

This Dedicated Servers Hoster has the best support and sales team I have ever seen. When you ask for an upgrade or for something else, they respond in 5 minutes maximum even at 3 a.m.

Their uptime is also exceptional. I cannot remember any kind of downtimes WorldStream caused no matter that I use their servers for over a decade now.

Their networking team is constantly expanding their throughput and add new peers.

WorldStream is highly recommended if you need reliable infrastructure based on a great network with the best in class support and sales team.

They are a very good and strong company, they have very good support, the speed of the servers of this company is very good, I have worked with different companies, but this company is better than all of them in my opinion, although they have a higher price, but this price is compared to the quality. it is good.

Wij maken al jaren gebruik van de diensten van Worldstream (dedicated servers). De snelheid qua reacties op tickets is ongekend. De technische kennis van het team helpt ons iedere keer weer uit de brand. Op 30 december was er een servercrash (ouderdom), dankzij Worldstream waren wij binnen een halve dag weer online en bleef de schade beperkt. Wil je het allerbeste? Overweeg Worldstream, zij zullen je niet teleurstellen. Chapeau!

I have been using worldstream from last few months.

Amazing is the word that I use to describe for the services provided by them.

some of the things that I have found amazing are

- best support I have found so far, most of my support requests were responded within 5 minutes and resolved accordingly

2) - Server Cost
- I think WorldStream is the cheapest place to get new generation top-notch servers that are available in the market.

3) - Network
- one of the best networks I have come across, pretty much I am able to max out my server port speed at different locations

4) - Reliability & Stability of Servers
- Servers are rock stable, I have never felt any downtime

5) - Server Quality
- all servers I have used so far have very good quality hardware, they have not cheap out on any of the key components...

Provider with a robust network with multiple connections, it still lacks the Telefonica network as a peer. The support is excellent. I recommend it.
