Great online shopping experience

The things that I ordered arrived in good order and in a timely manner. The range of products on the website was more than adequate for my needs and extra information was easy to find and understandable.

Great customer service

Great customer service, I was concerned as I didn’t receive any correspondence about my purchase ( my bad as I put the incorrect email address in) contacted via the website enquiry and within hours Mitch sent me a message with all the information needed.
My purchase was shipped and received within the week and without incident. Will definitely purchase through World of Music again 🙂

The service was prompt and faultless

The service was prompt and faultless. A hand written note accompanied my purchase as well as a gift because the original box had been damaged . Very unexpected but appreciated. Thank you.

Took a long time to come.

Took a long time for items to be dispatched. Nearly 3 weeks. However the percussion instruments pack were enjoyed by my grandsons in Melbourne.
