Finally had a response on 19/07/2026 to say that my refund had been actioned. Now 15/08/2026 and still no refund. This company is either a complete scam or completely incompetent. They re simply lying to me now.
This company is a SCAM. I ordered timber footstools almost one year ago and they have taken over $400. Not a word. No reply to my numerous emails. No customer support. Nothing.
Avoid giving your money to this scum.

Unfortunately, the item was affected by significant delays from the original supplier, which meant we were unable to fulfil it within a reasonable timeframe. We completely understand how frustrating this would have been.
A full refund has been processed back to the original payment method.
We have also reviewed this supplier relationship internally to help prevent similar issues in the future.
Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, this order was affected by significant supplier and shipping delays which resulted in a much longer lead time than originally anticipated. We remained in communication regarding the order and continued working with the supplier to resolve the issue.
When it became clear that the item could not be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, we processed a full refund back to the original payment method.
We understand the frustration caused by the delay and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Since then, we have reviewed our supplier relationships and internal processes to help prevent similar issues in the future.
BEWARE of this company! I ordered a cabinet from this company on January 18, 2025. I paid $3,368 and it STILL has not been delivered. I believe that this company is a SCAM!
