World of Music Arvostelua

Good website. Excellent price for the specific item I purchased. Easy to amend my order to correct my error. When order was submitted, I was told when to expect delivery. The keyboard arrived today, a little earlier than expected. Good choice of Startrack to deliver the item - I think they are excellent. Living in regional NSW, means we rely heavily on on-line orders and courier deliver. Very happy customer. Won't have a chance to play it until a bit later today - I can't wait.

Quick delivery after recieved message about the delivery being sent off.

Pretty fast delivery, and was cheaper than other stores. Will buy again from you

Very very efficient professional service. Infact amazing is how I would describe it.

Great experience. Team was friendly and very helpful in providing alternatives to out of stock products.

Fast delivery good communication , great product

Quick service and the best price.

My Orange PPC112 arrived much sooner than i expected and was double boxed to prevent any biffo.

They had the best price. I rang to check stock and got a very friendly and helpful staff member. Ordered online, received updates including an email from the Manager advising they were putting new strings on the guitar for me.
Guitar arrived undamaged with new strings and very well set up. Nothing to criticise here.

Good value for money, communicated well about the preorder. very happy thanks

Was an amazing service and I would really recommend it!!!

Best price online, fast delivery, excellent.

I found a guitar online that seemed to be an extraordinary price. After much googling and currency conversion, it appeared to be the cheapest one on the planet. I bought it! A few hours later, an email arrived with the tracking details - not just the "shipping details received" thing, it was actually already picked up and on its way. This was my first purchase from World Of Music. If this is the way they do things, it won't be the last.

The staff were very helpful during both the research calls prior and to the purchase that I made. My only complaint, which is minor, was that I did not receive emails either confirming the purchase or the subsequent shipping information. They didn't go to my Junk mail, so I am unsure about what glitch caused it. However, when querying via the website directly, I received prompt reply to my questions and the status of the order.

We were kept up to date with the tracking via text and email so it was fantastic and the keyboard has arrived in plenty of time for our daughter’s birthday. Thank you

Great service - called me when a sold out keyboard I wanted was returned unopened by another customer. I said yes and was delivered to me the same week.

Fantastic friendly shop. I recently bought a fender hard case. These guys had the best price, fast delivery. Friendly communication through the whole process. Thank you guys. I will look you guys up first when buying music gear

Fast and excellent service. Package arrived in good time and the price was right!

Great price on a quality amp, quick delivery, all good.

It’s a beautiful guitar at a great price. Love that I could pay by Zip. Great delivery, well packaged.
