Worldmoving Arvostelua 

Beware with this company at all cost and find somewhere reliable. This is the company who delivered all my stuff from United Kingdom and now I am using them to relocate all my stuff back to UK. Tabitha have given me a quote including the additional item that I told them and paid everything including the insurance. They have have pack pick up all my items and after 3 days emailed me that I need to pay additional 1,400 nzd because all the items gone over on the quoted CM3 how on earth. I have asked Tabitha the quote first beforehand as I had a quote from different company which is a little bit lower than them but I still use the as they are the one delivering all my stuff before but I didn't expect this thing happened that i need to add another 1,400 due to measurement but when I checked all the reviews on the site I have been shocked because they did this also to the other customers so it looks like this is their modus to scam people because theirs no point of return as they had all your stuff and you have paid everything. All of you out there be very vigilant regarding with this company not trusted at all. Me I will be reviewing be very carefully all my stuff when arrived in UK as they are known to have a lot of issues. So for you all out there beware with this if you dont want to be victimize. I will be writing more reviews after I will receive all my items in UK so everybody will be aware what this company doing. Im not trusting this company at all ......

Avoid this company at all cost!!!I have use this company before and qouted with the item they did deliver before with different item added and a lot of items that has been removed.They have packed and collected all my stuff last Tuesday and now I just received an email told me that my item is more that what they have qouted I have told them already what are they items that is been added and item has been removed.Now they asked me to pay an additional amount of 1,400 plus. They should have to qoute it properly before picking up all my stuff .

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. Why, well let me begin. When I got my initial quote for the job I was told the people who would be delivering my goods would put my slat beds back together, install my washing machine and make sure my TV was in the correct place. None of that happened, and when I phoned World Moving to ask why not I was told they don't do that, and when I mentioned I was told they do, I was told there was no proof of the conversation, end of subject. Very rude.

They took over 7 hours to pack up my small 3 bedroom home. When they were packing my 55in TV they both admitted they had never done it before and didn't know what they were doing.

OK, so now cut to 2 months later when I got my stuff delivered to me. World Moving didn't deliver my stuff, despite me paying them to do it, they got a local company to. When I started unpacking my stuff I started noticing broken item. A LOT of broken item, I will not list them here. Plus my TV screen had a large chip in the corner (so I guess the movers really didn't know how to pack a TV afterall). I have also noticed missing items. Things that are just not here.

When I contacted World Moving about the missing items I was told to provide proof they were missing, which of course is impossible!
