Ordered a 5 diamond anniversary ring under order number WJ262775A. Arrived late after promised delivery; did not come with appraisal certificate as was advertised in the listing. Stones were low quality, having differing table dimensions and cut - some were tall and skinny, others were short and fat; some were mounted skewed to left or right. All defects visible by naked eye or with a household magnifying glass. As others have stated, refund was difficult, requiring filing a dispute with credit card issuer before refund was issued weeks later. Multiple unfulfilled promises from the business owner; not an honest seller.

Wedding band exceed expectations!!!! Engraving perfect. Took a bit longer than expected but ultimately worth the wait.

It didn’t take too long it is a beautiful piece to add to my box.

12/21/23 Update - After several attempts to contact the company and get them to take action with my issue as well as posting several reviews about my experience, the owner Allen, reached out to me to address my frustrations and how long it had taken to receive my order. He admitted that it had taken far too long to get my order and apologized for this, offering a partial credit for my negative experience. He also promptly addressed my other needs telling me that he could email me the appraisal I did not receive with my products as well as a return label for one I did not plan to keep. He stated that he hoped he could make it up to me in the future.
While I am leary to try to them again, I must also say that many years ago - maybe a decade or so, I ordered my original pair of 0.50 carat diamond studs from World Jewels and had a flawless experience. While this one was completely opposite that, I do feel as though it has mostly been righted at this point and it is possible, if their record of reviews improves, I may try them again should the need arise.

While this company and their website state that they have "fast and free shipping", it has now been over a month since I placed my order and I have not received it despite numerous communications with the company being promised several times over when my order would be ready and when it would ship. Detail as follows:
November 8th, 2023 - Placed an order for 2 pairs of earrings.
November 15th, 2023 - Have not heard anything with regard to my order so I reach out to request an update. An told that it will ship early next week, which would be the week of 11/20.
On November 27th, I still have not received any information regarding my order so I reach out again for an update.
On November 29th, an Allen Rastian emails me that he will call me about my order but does not. At 11 pm CST that night, I receive an email from him saying that my order should be ready by Friday (12/1) and I will receive tracking once it ships.
On December 4th, I STILL have not received any information or tracking regarding my order, now the 2nd time I've been told when it will ship and it hasn't) so later that afternoon, I call the company and ask for an update. I'm told there are no notes in the system despite these numerous emails I've sent but when she checks, she tells me that my order is ready and I should have tracking in a few hours. I ask when I should actually receive my order and she tells me the end of the week or early the following at the latest. That would have been last Friday, 12/8 or this week.
On 12/6, I finally receive the tracking information I was promised two days and multiple times earlier. When I check it, it says that only a shipping label has been created and the post office has not received anything.
Today, December 11th, I check it again only to find out the exact same information.
It has now been over a month since I placed my order; its been promised to me on several occasions in the interim and I STILL have not received it after extensive follow-up.
From my experience, I feel that nothing this company says can be trusted and they certainly do not seem to have any concern for their customers, customer satisfaction, or repeat business.

Ordered my wife the 4.25 carat eternity band Asscher cut, it is absolutely gorgeous! It took longer than stated but Allen Rashtian got it to us before our 50th anniversary. Thank you so much

I cannot say enough how amazing this jeweler is. I personally dealt with Allen after a tragic loss of my ring that my husband bought from world jewels in 2011. They didn’t even make my ring anymore, but Allen reached out personally, got a picture of my old ring and said he could make it. He took the most care in personalizing it and he did an amazing job. When the ring came I was brought to tears by the beauty of it, and he added some super special touches. I will never be able to replace the one I had, which was beautiful, but the one he made was beyond my wildest dreams. I love the ring, Allen and world jewels! I bought a three stone diamond 1.50 ct. ring to remember a group friendship and it’s beautiful. The weight felt great the diamonds are brilliant, everywhere I go I get compliments on it. I’m so happy with this ring. I can’t stop looking at my hand..

The custom made pair of pink tourmaline and diamond earrings is exquisite! I am very pleased with my purchase. It’s definitely worth the wait since the 2 carat stones are hard to find. Allen went above and beyond to grant my request. Thank you very much for making it happen!

Allan kept me updated through out the process as requested which I appreciated as it was around Christmas during a very busy time. My ring is beautiful. The value and quality you get from ordering from World Jewels is second to none so that is why I have ordered five rings from them so far. I am sure I will be ordering more in the future!

I placed an order on June 1. I reached out two weeks later for an update regarding my order and was advised they were making it. Didn’t hear or receive anything by July 1, which was 30 days. Called and emailed them so I could just cancel and I could never reach anyone by phone or email. On July 12 I filed a dispute through my bank. After filing the dispute they reached out to me🤔. I told them I didn’t want the ring, but they already sent it out and told me to send it back. On July 16 I sent it back through FedEx and they signed for it on July 22. On August 10 I get a notification from my bank my dispute was closed because I have the ring. Stay away from this business. Far, far, far away.

Ordered a ring for my wife. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and I even paid extra for overnight delivery. When I didn’t get it next day I called again and they said I would have it for sure the next day which was our anniversary and it would arrive before noon. Still waiting on ring and no one answers. If I don’t get a reply I will dispute the charges on my credit card.

This is the third purchase I’ve made from world jewels and I’m absolutely obsessed with my new earrings!
I will keep buying items from them because the qualify is great! I’m usually skeptical buying things like this online but I truly trust this website.

I would like to recognize Allen for going above and beyond to create a gorgeous Custom made 3 stone anniversary ring. The 2 carat center diamond is exquisite and the ring looks amazing with the pink tourmaline Side stones. Needless to say, I received so many compliments.

I can't say enough about this Jewelry company. My fiance ordered my engagement ring here over 10 years ago and it was absolutely gorgeous. So here we are in a pandemic, 2020, and we decide to get married and we ordered my diamond wedding band from here. It is so incredibly beautiful with quality craftsmanship and the pictures on the website don't do it justice. I had it appraised and the replacement value is 3 times what we paid. Don't give up on this business if you don't hear anything. When a month passed and my husband was getting nervous, he called several times before getting an answer. The gentleman he spoke to explained that they are so busy they don't have time to answer the phone and ALL of the diamonds are set individually by hand and it takes a tremendous amount of time to make sure the rings are perfect. We finally received the ring and he was correct in that we wouldn't be disappointed. So I would just be patient, keep trying to call if you don't reach anyone but I can assure you, you won't be disappointed if you take the chance and order from here. These diamond rings are absolutely gorgeous and the pricing is amazing.

World Jewels worked TIRELESSLY throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, with their shops closed, and deadlines unknown, to keep me apprised of the status of a custom made ring without a center stone (I had my own I wanted to place in the center). I had placed the order just days before the pandemic was declared in March 2020 and chaos followed. Allen was in touch with me constantly from the time the governments shut down non-essential businesses, to the re-openings, to the re-closings, to the final manufacture and shipment of my ring during a time when even shipping was delayed or shut down.

The first round was not exactly what I had in mind, and Allen worked with me to more completely understand and communicate my specific demands to manufacture without argument or additional cost. Finally, after many months of unexpected nationwide delays due to the pandemic, and my miscommunication about exactly what I had in mind… my ring arrived. Perfectly.

I had my own center stone to mount, and had given Allen the precise dimensions of my existing center stone. He manufactured the mount to accommodate the stone and to exclude unnecessary bench jeweler up-charges for materials. When I took the ring in to the local bench jeweler to mount the center stone, he asked why I hadn’t had the ring created there, locally, at his shop… I showed him the ring and asked if he’d have done that for the price I paid? He emphatically shook his head, and said there was NO WAY he’d have been able to do it for THAT price. I mentioned that I wasn’t particularly educated about the quality of the side stones, and that perhaps their quality was reflected in the price? The jeweler carefully examined the side stones and commented that they were indeed good quality, and reiterated that there is no way he’d have done the work, with those materials, at that price.

I am delighted beyond words with my experience with World Jewels. I realize buying online is a scary proposition for most; handing over money to a stranger with end results unknown and fraught with uncertainty, across state lines with no knowledge of legal recourse- just a wing and a prayer. Allen knows this is what customers are experiencing and handled each of our communications as if I were The Most Important and The Only Customer he had to handle. I realize others have had a less than satisfactory experience, and I just cannot imagine how… given every obstacle that was dropped in my path on the way to getting this ring made and shipped to my satisfaction under the conditions that the nation was experiencing from March to now… I just cannot fathom how World Jewels could have possibly handled it any better than they did - and I certainly expected the worst. I’m just over the moon happy. THANK YOU ALLEN and World Jewels!

Is it possible to give zero stars? Nothing has been delivered over eight weeks after my order. The site won’t respond to my emails. No phone number. This site is a scam.

I was apprehensive in ordering through this retailer since there are some negative reviews. I even emailed them ahead of time and asked them about the reviews and they assured me that they would see my order was processed and i was satisfied. The guy told me that some of the reviews were not even verified buyers. So much for trusting reviews...

We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from world jewels. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and the quality of the rings and the diamonds used. We were not expecting such clean and sparkly diamonds given the price, which we thought was below market after searching the web and brick and mortar jewelry stores. The workmanship is also very good — we got pave diamond rings for the Engagement ring and wedding bands. I’ve seen cheap pave work before and this definitely was not that. In fact, it looked just as good if not better and higher quality than Jewelry from high end stores.

I am also very happy with the customer service we got from World Jewels. We ended up ordering the wrong size in the rings and I needed to make an adjustment to the ring sizes after I had already placed the order. It was very easy —I sent them an email and they were very responsive and quick to remedy my mistake. We got our rings quickly. Before quarantine, I was showing off my rings to everyone I could. They are simply beautiful and we are very happy with this purchase. We already have turned a few friends to this site and they have also said that they've been happy with their purchases.
