What a waste of $200 for the Strap 3. The battery runs low after just 2 hours and that’s not using max effect. The app would not fit on my phone so I ended up using my IPad. Nothing but connection issues with my Bluetooth headphones. The strap would shut off on its own. I wish I had returned it within the 30 days now I’m stuck. I learned my lesson. Never again!

My Strap3. will not connect to a bluetooth earbuds. It had an update and now it will not see a single audio output. I got to use this once. I am very bummed. I bought two and after the update neither work.

The products range from good-excellent but none of them last. I had one completely fail with a software update and another get to me dead on arrival. That’s to say nothing of all the times that they also stopped stopped working completely for another undiscernable reason. Going on a walk and suddenly, silence, power button suddenly no longer functional, etc etc. Other companies need to do this idea better, as haptic music devices are a thing that I feel are good and important. But woojer continues ti s**t the bed and we need to send our money elsewhere.

Do Not buy from this company!!! I ordered the strap as a Christmas present for my husband back in November. It stated that I was to receive it on Dec 4 and I still have not received my product and fed Ex has confirmed that the package has been lost. woojer refuses to fix this issue and will not give me a refund because I do not have the physical product to return. I have proof from Fed Ex as well with this statement about my package. Now I am out of a lot of money that I did not have in the first place and am unable to buy another gift for my husband.

The vest function is incredable beyond what i could hope for other reviews are odd because woojer shipping speed comunication and even price are very good. Reading some reviews. There are quite a few reviews again I don’t understand why but they are negative. I almost didn’t buy this product and I’m so glad I did. I brought a Woojer for my partner, in 2021 and within a year it stopped working. I emailed Customer Services and they replaced it straight away. This year the device stopped working again (within a year). I emailed Customer Services again and asked them for a refund, they said as my warranty had expired I would be entitled to a refund, I asked if the device goes wrong again, what will happen, they said that they made an exception last year when the device was replaced as the original warranty had expired, I then asked if the replacement device comes with a warranty, they said in a nutshell, my warranty has expired. I was told that as I refused a replacement they could help me no further. I emailed them back and stated that I enquired about a refund and did not demand one. I would try and avoid buying this device if you don't want to waste your money, it seems they only last just under a year and you wont be able to get a replacement or a refund.

As well as my previous negative review their prices fluctuate everyday, funny enough they rocket when they suddenly want to offer a discount, all dodgy to me.

First, I’ve bought two of the vests in 2021 to use in my office where I utilize frequency medicine. About a month after I bought them I was told by a colleague that they had a new vest coming out and that I should return my vests and wait for the new one, as it is more powerful. When I wrote to the company, they said, “we have no plans to release any new model, not sure where your friend got that idea.“ Yet just nine months later, I received an email sales advertisement showing the new vest. When asked about this Woojer had nothing to say except their usual condescending attitude, no apologies, nothing to rectify what I was told.
Second, one of the vests broke, and they make you jump through hoops for any kind of fix. They want to see a video of what’s wrong with the vest when I already told them that all of the speakers on the right side are not working. What is to see?!! They just need to take this back and fix or replace it.
Customer service is terrible and you’re lucky if you can even find a number to speak with a live person. The person who writes back to you via email never helps to rectify anything.
As far as I’m concerned don’t waste your money on this company. There are too many of these best out there now.

First of all I thought this was a scam.
There’s so many bad reviews, from not receiving their order, to the products a fake.
And that the good reviews are paid for.

Well, firstly, I ordered my vest 3 on Friday, and it was delivered to my door on Tuesday. That’s literally 2 days shipping time. I thought it was gonna come from usa or China etc, but it dispatched from London!
So, all I’m saying is, if you live in the United Kingdom, that knocks all the bad reviews about slow delivery out the window.

Now I think what’s going on here is people buy this vest mainly for VR and think their going to feel on their body, pin point where they get hit. Such as if a sword swipes you. Or they want pin point location.
Well I didn’t but it for gaming period. I purchased this because I’m a bass head and literally wanted a portable subwoofer so I can feel bass anytime anywhere.

If you want to feel every bullet and where exactly it hit you, get a bloody behaptics vest. But this woojer vest, this is the one for MUSIC and MOVIES. Research what your damn buying fools

Now is it perfect? Nah not for £500 it is not.
First of all it’s audible. To the point I’m a bit upset. This is barely useable in public unless on a really low setting, otherwise everyone can hear it. Shake :( because I wanted to pair this with my skullcandy crushers that I take everywhere

The left shoulder don’t sit flush no matter how I configure or tighten it. And it makes a horrible annoying rattle sound. If I hold it down it don’t do it as much. Obviously if I wear headphones it don’t matter. But again, using it without anyone hearing even at night? Nah it isn’t gonna be quiet enough at all. I’m talking an audible rattle noise, not necessarily because the bass is rattleing but more the drivers seem to be distorting or something. Not pleasant.

So would I say it’s worth it?
I can see why people say no at £500 tbh.
I love it because it’s like skullcandy crushers but for your whole body. But at the same time I’m on the edge of returning it due to the annoying audible rattle. Maybe I’d be better off with the strap?
Are you able to send a strap out for me to demo, and then return either the vest or the strap and keep one? I’m trying to love it but this is so noisy and more wanting to return than try to love it and I hate that because it’s awesome. But maybe the single module will not make as much audible rattle as the vest?

Bought a woojer strap 3 to increase immersion in certain games. When you get the settings dialed in properly it works well. After a while you forget its there and just enjoy gaming on a deeper level. Adds a bit more edge to vr and a nice extra layer of immersion to most games in some way. A bit like the feeling you get from a sub in a club, but not as intense.

Only two problems. The initial setup was strangley difficult. At first the app couldn't find the device. Then it couldnt connect it, then it couldn't connect to my Bluetooth headphones.

After half an hour of trying I switched it off and on again and then it all worked as if there had never been a problem.

The second problem is the charge time. It takes a good 2.5hrs at least with usb c. Then lasts around 6 hours. Which means you have to charge often. I think they should try and get this down to 30 mins. My headphones last for 30 hours after 1 hour of charging on usb c and there is not much technical difference.

Overall I'm happy with them, but could have a better first time user experience.

armour yet. Promised me 3 times but none fulfill. I've submitted a ticket asking about updates, been a week no reply. The only way to get them to reply is that if you dont ask about your order, cuz they would just dodge all that like crazy.

I purchased this for my husband for Xmas, it arrived but was really complicated, couldn’t work it out and it wasn’t what we thought, I got in touch and explained we wanted a refund, got the authorisation code for a return, sent the unit back and they said they hadn’t received it. Provided tracking info with proof of delivery and not had a response since. Messaged and called every day and nothing. Disgusting way to behave stealing innocent peoples hard earned money. Do not go anywhere near this company.

Hi, I purchased a woojer vest 3, I didn't see the worthbin it and I issued a return before my 30 day mark. I followed instructions and sent it back with its label on January 6th. I keep sending emails asking about my return and refund all I get is someone will. Contact you in 2 days. We'll no one has. It's now 1/22 still haven't heard or seen a refund. Was considering trying the woojer strap maybe I would prefer it but now I don't even want to I just want my monthly back and forget this nightmare.
I called there customer service. They are not woojer employees. It's a call center contracted by woojer to take messages and send emails. Company won't even say their name of the company

Très déçu, ne correspond pas du tout aux vidéos de promotion. L'impression d'avoir un vibreur sur le ventre, mais pas du tout d'être dans une salle de concert.
A voir si c'est différent avec un jeu vidéo mais j'en doute.

Voici le + et le -.

Le + est que la basse vibre sur les sons d'arrière plan presque inaudibles. Chaque vomissement grave.

Le - Je comprends les déçus. Il faut à chaque CD différent refaire sa balance (sur le PC (et sur Youtube en plus), le volume de l’enceinte puis celui du Woojer (puis le volume des vibrations - à part). Le son sature facilement alors il faut rerégler et cela gâche l'expérience.

En page 3 du manuel il est dit que la source audio peut passer aussi par l'entrée USB C
Hors avec deux câbles essayés en reliant la ceinture et mon enceinte de PC voire directement sur la boite de mon PC : pas de son.

C'est bien dommage car je voulais utiliser cette entrée car certains câbles permettent de convertir le son digital en analogique : Peut être est ce là le problème.

En utilisant le jack/jack fourni le son est plutôt moyen, même en baissant à 60% le son du PC pour un CD audio original, afin d'éviter la saturation - beaucoup de sons sont effacés.

On pourrait choisir en 100 HZ ou 200 en appuyant sur 2 touches simultanément, qu'il y aurait un son mais rien ne se fait.

Je garde l'objet après avoir eu une belle ristourne du vendeur pour ces problèmes. J'avais lu que le SAV officiel n'existait pas vraiment.

En conclusion, même si son prix a fortement baissé sur le site officiel, avec le port la taxe douanière. Achetez le en revente.

Le Woojer n'est utile que pour l'écoute à son fort.
3 heures de recharge et pensez à bloquer avec des trombones la sangle car il faut la resserrer sans cesse autour de sa poitrine.

I was so excited about this product. It arrived wrapped it for Christmas gave it to my wonderful son he could not get the d*** thing to work. Part of the problem was that it expects permissions for all kinds of things in your phone that it has no business asking for. It also doesn't work with Bluetooth headphones! What is the point if it's not with Bluetooth headphones ?! So disappointing. So very disappointing. My son by the way is very Tech savvy.

I purchased the Woojer Series 3 two weeks before Xmas. No order updates. No delivery. Nothing. So much for that being one of the main gifts for my son. Thanks for nothing. Terrible support. Zero stars.

I think the Woojer is dope, idk what people are expecting, but I was blown away by the experience. Smoke a little herb, put on some quality headphones and immerse yourself in a unique and beautiful experience.
