Easy to follow guidelines and the instructional video on how to measure was superb. Communications were concise and effective, our order received as stated. Very pleased with the quality upon arrival and the fitting straight forward. So far, several days after fitting, all is well and the appearance is pleasing in the eye.

Blind.okay, but order not cut correctly.
Blind was fine, but the wooden trim for the top wasn't cut to size and was approx 20cm longer than the blind. Fortunately we were able to cut it ourselves, but it was poor that we had to.

The quality is good. Made to order and delivered within 4 working days.
I have a bay window with five panes so I ordered one first of all to make sure the quality was good. Once it arrived I installed it and promptly ordered the other four.
