Recently got a car from them and had a lovely experience not sure why theres so many bad reveiws they made sure any issues where fixed and delivered to me a day later the person i was in contact with was absoulty lovely very polite made sure we test drove the car and inspect it in great detail ive been to a few second hand dealers and never jad such a great experience the car is lovely my only small critism would be that o had to to do detailed cleaning inside the vechile as it wasnt as clean as it should or could be however i enjoy cleaning so for me wasnt a massive deal 😊

So a friend bought a car in cash from this company 2 and half years ago. Paid a deposit come back 4 days later to pay the rest in cash they knew when deposit was paid it was a cash buy. 2 and half years later there's been a crash and the car is a right off. no fault of wokingham motors the crash. Going through insurance we found out there was finance took out on this car thr day before the car was took home by my friend. After ringing wokingham motors the finance disappears. Personally I think they are taking finance out on cash buy cars behind owners backs

Don't buy from this garage!

He sold us a N category car and didn't bother to tell us. We only got to know 2 years later when we tried to sell the car to another garage.
When we rang him to tell him that he had sold us a N category car he denied any knowledge and kept giving us excuses very well knowing that the car holds no value and he had duped us! Lost so much money and feel completely let down! Now he keeps calling us and saying the car was in a accident after we bought it...what a joke! Shame on such garages!

Very upsetting experience. Saw a vehicle suitable for my wife and I, contacted the dealer and had an appointment for a viewing and a test drive. When we arrived, there was stray registration licence plates all over the car drive (suspicious straight away). We then saw the vehicle we were hoping to purchase and had a Quick Look around it seeing as though no one was there (even though the main office door was wide open).
The vehicle was not the same as published on the AA website. Spotted with rust, areas of poor repair paint jobs and noticeable issues with the brake discs. The licence plate was visibly different albeit with the same characters).
When contacting the dealer, he said that he was driving with a customer, would be 10 minutes and that the key (to the vehicle) was hung up in the office. After seeing that one of the wing mirrors was hanging and not working properly I had seen enough and left very disappointed and upset.

I recently traveled 90 minutes to check out a car from here and I am so glad I made the trip! The car was everything I hoped for, but there were a few minor issues that needed addressing before I could take it home. The team at the dealership was incredibly responsive and understanding; I was able to provide them with a list of the things that needed fixing, and they assured me that they would get everything sorted out and deliver the car to me the following week.


True to their word, everything was taken care of, and I was thrilled to get my new ride.

However, I noticed a problem with one of the issues I had initially flagged. I reached out via email, and to my surprise, they promptly sent over the funds for the correct part without hesitation.


Not long after that, I started experiencing a noise from the brakes. Given that I wasn’t sure if it was dangerous to drive, I contacted them again. They offered to have me bring the car back or provide a contribution for me to handle it on my own. I opted for the cash option to avoid any potential risks associated with driving it in its current state. 
I took the money and had a local garage check the brakes. Thankfully, they just needed a good cleaning and lubrication—something covered by the amount I received.
 Overall, despite the minor hiccups post-purchase, my experience was quite positive. The team was responsive, professional, and ultimately made sure I was satisfied with my new car. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Kudos to the team for their excellent customer service!

Dreadful service. I had been trying for several days to buy a specific car from this dealer and had arranged an appointment. I drove 30 minutes to keep the appointment only to be told that it had been sold the day before. Utter rubbish!
