Wize Lights Arvostelua 

Between the very limited instructions that come with the lights and accessories, and what info is in the app, it is very confusing with the terms they use.
For example; I wanted to set up space sense. But the app and the support person kept referring to how to place your processor devices with your beacons. Turns out, this simply means where you place your two or more damn lights!!!! So much bull crap!
It's great once you sort out all this nonsense, but come on WIZ! But I almost feel it's the company trying to make themselves feel very superior to their dumb customers!!

Wish I'd read reviews before buying.
As others have said, lights don't connect. Tried both apps they offer; JUNK.
No customer service. Just a pointless bot.

No phone support. Lights do not work and Wiz do not help

Unfortunately I have to give this company one star. At first I was very happy with the lights. For about two weeks they worked like a charm. Then they started going offline and there was nothing I could do to get them back online. Sometimes one of the lamps connects so I can set the color, but the other lights in the same room are permanently set to a very bright office style light. That’s not really the kind of light you want in your home. The customer service just redirects you to the standard FAQ, assuming that you did not follow all their steps exactly. All in all this has been a frustrating experience.

Les lampes de Wizz que j'ai achetées présentent un problème de compatibilité avec les réseaux à un seul SSID pour les deux bandes, ce qui est décevant en 2023. J'espérais une intégration plus fluide avec les réseaux modernes.

Virkelig dårlig løsning. Har skiftet netværk og prøvet alt for at få Wizz over på det nye netværk, men intet virker. Køb Hue istedet.

I would urge you to avoid Wiz lights. I consider myself fairly tech savy. I have watched their set up videos, but failed to get the lights set up. Their customer support service is also poor. Their technicians do not appear to read the question posed either in the chat box or in emails, and are keen to answer with links to inappropriate help. They do not offer telephone support and refuse to escalate to a manager. In summary, avoid this company.

Awful product. Stay away from it. Stops working all of a sudden claiming that “power may be off or wifi is not working” which are not the case at all.

Wiz Lights, well what can I say? Surprise, surprise and the most surprising thing is that Wiz is Owned by Dutch Electronics Giant Phillips!! I have sent them 3 emails already and I have not heard anything back. I am trying to connect my Smart Mobile Phone to my WIZ light for my Living Room. I am very and truly disappointed with the poor service and total indifference and that my 3 emails that I have just sent. Well I do hope you read this review on Trustpilot as I am willing to give your company the benefit of the doubt!! However you have asked me to download and app and then try again. Well you have personally lost me as a customer!!

My 3 stars are from the functionality of the productand service provided by the manufacture.

Bought 2 x Wiz 2m LED strip with add 2x extra 1m LED strips, well they are owned by Philips so that gives the customer a fell of comfort.

After about 5 weeks they both started giving high pitched sounds from the push button box when selected different color schemes (LED are not ment to give frequency noise). Thought i could live with it but it became worse over the following weeks.

Contacted Wiz through the product app and was told to return my product to the store.
They refunded me.

Kinda sad, because this is a really appealing product, but I hope I was unlucky. And that others don't have faulty products.

I love the lights I got recently. The bulbs and strips totally transformed my apartment and having them work handsfree through my Alexa is amazing!

Fantastic lights, I love them. I recently got a few bulbs and I must say that they’re amazing. They’ve made such a difference to my home with all the different colours and brightness options.

These lights made such a difference to my home it's unbelievable! They're super easy to use and look great. By far the best smart home purchase to date :)

Setup was straight forward and I haven’t had any issues since I got them.

Love these lights. It’s amazing what you can do with a bulb these days. I mainly use the bright setting which I’m pretty happy with. Controlling it via Alexa is a handy bonus.

Easily one of the best 'Smart-home' purchases I have made. I bought a few lights and they all work perfectly, I've been using my lights for about a week now and I love them. I'd recommend these bulbs as they're priced much better than other more expensive brands and are easily comparable (maybe even better)

Great quality product. My bulbs came fast and they all work perfectly. The colours are good, the temperature is good and the brightness is great.
