Uno de los articulos, ligeramente dañado. En. cuanto me puse en contacto con ellos, me ofreciero una solucion, codigo de descuento, y un nuevo pedido totalmente gratis. Respondiendo rapido a los emails, con comunicaciones claras y sencillas.
Felicitarles tambien por su politica medioambiental, y por la velocidad en los envios, 2-3 dias laborables ya tenia mi pedido.
Si tienes dudas sobre la talla, tirate a la grande.
El precio inmejorable, y la calidad parece bueno, pero es algo a valorar con el uso y los lavados.

What a fantastic (online)shopping experience! For someone who prefers buying in a real shop, shopping at Wituka was very positve in every aspect! The quality of the organic cotton t-shirts and sweaters is fantastic and the prints look great. The shipping was fast and customer service was extremely helpful and friendly, when one of the ordered t-shirts wasnt in stock anymore. So I will definitly recommend Wituka and will soon order again!

Took a while to get my shirts in to Maui, Hawaii, but I finally got them and I love them. Great material. I’m 6’4” 215 pounds, XL is what I ordered. I got large from there and they shrunk a bit. XL is better for me.hope this helps any future purchasers.

Good quality t-shirts with great design. Only be aware that the delivery may take a bit longer than expected. In my case the delivery took 10 work days (exactly as described in the delivery terms)

I have purchased a several T-shirts from Wituka over the past few years, mainly from their shops in Amsterdam and Malaga. The product is excellent quality and washes well.
My last purchase was online from the UK, delivery was around 10 days- which was great.
I would highly recommend the company and their products.👍

I order something 10 days ago and the time of shipping should have been 2-4 business days.
I tried to contact the shipping company but they said i had to talk to wituka about my order. I've sent 2 e-mails and still haven't got an answer from wituka.

Excellent T-shirts, good quality, great designs. I have been ordering them for a few years now and I always had a really good experience.
Good experience with costumers service as well when I encountered a problem with the shipment.

Falta de ética profesional, desde el 17 de diciembre esperando que envíen pedido. En la web indican que hacen envió en plazo de 10 dias. Pues casi un mes despues sigue apareciendo, Pedido pagado envio no realizado. Me pongo en contactos con ellos pasados los 10 no responden al mail se envía otro y la respuesta es necesitamos su numero de dni , se les facilita y posteriormente a ello se le envían tres correos mas a los que no se obtienen respuesta ni se ha ejecutado el envió según su web.

Anteriormente había comprado en su tienda física y la verdad que todo muy bien pero el personal que gestiona la web y los envíos nefasto.

No recomiendo la compra para Nada.

Hice mi primer pedido y me preocupé ya que el seguimiento del paquete no iba muy bien, me contestaron des de la tienda y todo estaba ok, llegó. Me estaba pequeña la ropa, las medidas de la web no son muy fiables, mejor coger una talla más!. Devolví la ropa siguiendo las indicaciones de su web y tardaron bastante en contestarme alegando problemas de saturación por las fechas de navidad. Al final me dieron mi código de devolución, hice el pedido y la ropa llegó sin problemas y ésta vez me estaba bien. Así que si no tienes prisa no habrá problema con ellos.

I ordered T-shirt more than 2weeks ago and I dont have any information. I wrote to their contact email two times and they didn’t write me back. I don’t have neither a T-shirt nor money.

Llevo desde hace días intentando contactar con Wituka. El día 27 de diciembre hice un pedido de casi 50€ del que a día de hoy, 3 de enero, no tengo información. Espero que me lo solucionen pronto!

Nu al een aantal keer een bestelling gedaan en tot op heden altijd blij. Het zijn leuke prints waar niet iedereen mee loopt en prijs kwaliteit is prima in orde, sommige wat beter dan de ander. Bij mijn laatste retour kwam snel reactie en werd het prima opgelost net een code zodat ik een nieuwe bestelling kon plaatsen. Ook bij een andere vraag kwam een snelle en vriendelijke reactie. Al met al blij met deze leuke site

Unico neo, il tracking TNT non è’ arrivato via mail e non mi e’ stato possibile tracciare la spedizione. Tuttavia il servizio clienti e’ stato gentilissimo e si e’ assicurato che avessi ricevuto tutto correttamente post-consegna.

I've had a lot of difficulty with my order from Wituka this time around, and it took lots of emails to sort out, which it finally was. That said clothing is good quality and good value.
