Wise Property Care Arvostelua

Wise delivered on their promise. Their employees came on time and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and helpful and cleaned up after them.
I would certainly recommend the two young men who carried out the work.
Thank you Wise.

Excellent professional service from assessment to delivery by Kev and Liam.

Grant came in, explained the whole process, he was everything you’d want for someone coming into your home to carry out work. Carried out the work in a timely manor. He is a credit to the company

Efficient, well conducted, and helpful service to carry out a woodworm treatment in a residential attic. Prompt communication and responses throughout.

In my line of business I often have recommended clients to use Wise Property Care but this time I used them for some work to my own property. From the initial call they were very helpful and set up a survey. The survey was carried out with a report being sent quickly detailing the findings and recommendations. A booking was made and Kev attended the property to carry out the treatment. It was a great service throughout and the work was carried out with care and precision and would highly recommend the company for such work.

Great service from Connor (who carried out the initial survey) through to Grant and Kevin (who carried out the work). It's the second time we've used this Company and we'd use them again.

I have paid for a survey and after visit of technician I am still waiting for report. Numerous attempt to contact them and promises, handouts nothing sorted since March. It's end of July.

After examining my property WPC told me a range of work was required at a cost of £13,000. I asked for a second opinion from a more local company with 30 years experience. They were very thorough and used cameras to view underfloor areas which WPC had not. The 'expert' second opinion' gave a very detailed report explaining all of the remedial work required and said it would cost £5-£6000. I certainly did not go ahead with WPC. I told them my reasons but they did not acknowledge my email.

Extremely happy with the service provided from the survey through to the job being done.
I was impressed with the timing, efficiency and tidiness of Kev and the rest of the team. They answered all my questions and gave me all information regarding drying times and painting prep of the new plaster. Good job guys.

Great service. Grant was very professional..worked quickly and no mess was ĺeft.

Excellent service, turned up on time, explained everything he was going to do and he left no mess. Would highly recommend

Wise Property Care were wonderful to work with, all the way through from the initial survey, to the customer service during, to the work being completed. Connor repeatedly went above and beyond for the two of us to make sure we understood the issue and the work that would be done and Anna and Hamza were kind and helpful over the phone. Grant was the technician who carried out the service, and he was punctual, friendly, and proficient and could not have been more considerate when caring for our home.

The work caried out by Wise on my property at a cost of £30,000, showed absolutely no duty of care. The initial surveyor, whom I believe no longer works for the company was unsatisfactory and another surveyor had to be sent out. The organisation of the job showed disregard for best practice and no common sense. The operatives doing the rot work did not communicate with me during the work, which led to unresolved problems. Wise's initial response to my dissatisfaction was to advise me to contact Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, which in fact, they were not a member. They then directed all my communications to their own internal complaints department. The points made in many emails were not addressed satisfactorily at any time by Wise staff. My experience with Wise has been shocking. Treating dry rot is expensive. This is to be expected. What was not expected was the level of total disregard, at all levels, for Wise's responsibility to the paying customer.

Excellent service from Wise. Prompt and very professional. A big thank you to Kev from Fife branch for professional job. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service provided. Grant arrived promptly having traveled to Skye the night before. He was very friendly, tidy, explained the work to be done and completed it in good time.

So kind. and helpfully did a excellent job would tell my friends

From initial survey of the damp by Connor, who explained the process thoroughly, to the work completion, I would definitely Recommend Wise Property Care.
With thanks to Connor, Derek,Grant and the plasterer.

Grant arrived bang on time done a sterling job was friendly very informative about the whole process and when he was finished you would never have known he had even been here, well done Grant eleven out of ten.👏👏👏

Dry Rot Repair: really prompt repair and kept me upto date on daily basis on the progress of the repair and alterations to the original spec of the job. Kev and Jim were excellent as were the contracted plasterer who did a fantastic job. Whilst the work was invasive, owing to the nature of the repair, it was clear that the removal of material from walls was kept to a minimum.
