Great customer services - Do you need more?
Great customer services in case you got any issue or trouble. The platform is not 100% perfect but how has a perfect platform? The best thing about WiseAlpha is the team constantly listens to the customer feedback to performance improvements that sometimes are better than the customers thought. WiseAlpha will be a platform I will keep using for a long time unless something happens to The company.

Excellent idea and set up which gives everyone a chance to invest in bonds (indirectly) which previously were the purview of the very wealthy. I have been with WiseAlpha for 2 years and I am extremely pleased with the returns from my investments and the service I have received from their staff.

Company Bond Parts
This site allows you to "buy" part bonds that many large companies issue. The system from depositing money, buying the bond parts and if required selling your bond parts is very simple to use. There is also a very good Q & A section which covers the majority of the questions that may arise and if you can't find the answer there the interactive live chat is an excellent service with very quick responses. There is also a News Centre which gives links to all statements issued by companies giving you the ability to keep up to date with any actions that may be relevant to your bond parts. As with all such sites, it is essential that you undertake due diligence before buying into the bonds and keep in mind that losses may be incurred. There is also a Bond Academy for those of us with no or limited experience in this market. The Academy has courses tailored to give us a better understanding of the risks involved.

Automatic reinvestment of interest
A good experience in purchasing a bond. The only negative was that I appeared to select automatically reinvest all interest but I don’t remember seeing the option.

Happy with the simplicity and clarity of the website and their (beta) App to invest and follow up investments. I'm using both GBP and EUR accounts.

I can see that you had a concentrated portfolio with 3 holdings, which is extremely unfortunate. As you know we do not make any investment recommendations, but try to create a wide choice of investment opportunities for our members. We have close to 200 fractional bonds. Throughout the sign up process, we encourage diversification and make sure the risks to investing are highlighted. As an industry leader, we have also published the CPD accredited WiseAlpha Bond Academy – a course which teaches about the basics of bonds right through to advanced analysis of financial statements and bond calculations.
As you can see from the industry statistics (https://www.wisealpha.com/statistics) defaults on corporate bonds are extremely low and unfortunately you are in the exceptionally small number of our clients on our platform with concentrated positions in just one or two companies which were also the ones that have been hit hard by the pandemic and online shifts in the retail sector. Perhaps they may recover value in the future.
Great investment platform
If you want to invest into corporate bonds-this is the way to do it! Got solid returns so far.
