How unfortunate that your order did not receive on the expected day. I do indeed see that the order is scheduled for delivery on the 3rd of may. The reason seems to be that we suspected that the ordered part might not fit the vehicle. The order was only put on "active" again on the 25th. Therefore it was shipped too late. Our apologies for this.
We aim to deliver faster and more consistently in the future.

Ordered on the 10th and sent out on the 16th
Ordered on the 10th and Promised to be delivered by 14th of February, Only shipped it out on the 13th which was only a label created and then on the 16th they sent it out and now the tracking number says 19th will be delivered , i even texted the chat to confirm i will get it on the 14th and he assured me i would, never again i could of bought it cheaper elsewhere only bought it here because of the delivery time

These parts were horribly negligently packed. Anyone that would pack a starter on its pins should not be allowed to work with car parts. The return process was an absolute nightmare and definitely an experience I will not be repeating.

The price was fair but product disappointing
The price was fair, based on photos annd description. Sadly it was not great value based on the actual product.
The car boot liner was very light material, so much so that when taken from the box and placed in the car, the folds from packaging caused the product to stick up. Delivery was swift.

The UPS delivery service in Ireland is very poor. I received the confirmation email about my parcel being left in a locker however, the UPS never provided the PIN or QR code to pick up the item from the locker. I had to call them on their helpline to ask. The code was sent 24hrs later. I placed my order on Monday and it needed over a week to be available for pick up...
Also, the Trustpilot asks me to write this review and sing up to submit and I needed to wait 10 mins for sing up code to arrive on my email (no there is no issue with my email)

We are sorry to hear that your package was delivered later than planned and that you did not receive the code from UPS immediately.
We depend on carriers and suppliers for our deliveries, which is why our delivery times are an indication and not a guarantee. Nevertheless, we understand that it is very annoying that the delivery took longer than expected, and we apologize for that.
As for the code that was sent later, that is the responsibility of the carrier, in this case UPS, and is beyond our control.
You also mentioned that you had trouble logging in to Trustpilot, which we are very sorry to hear. Unfortunately, this is an issue with the Trustpilot website, so we recommend that you contact them about this problem.
We hope to prove to you in the future that delivery times can be faster. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Worst service ever.
Worst service ever.
After waiting weeks for my order, I finally received an email saying they couldn’t deliver the parcel and that I would be refunded.
A week later, I still hadn’t received my refund. When I emailed them again, they replied with the same generic message saying they would refund me “as soon as possible.”
No parcel, no refund, just excuses and delays.
Stay away from these scammers
